We had these weavers in a tree outside our kitchen on our farm in South Africa. It was fascinating to watch the whole process. The female used to watch and she would 'inspect' the nest when he was done, and if it wasn't good enough for her, she'd reject it, then the poor male would rip it apart and start all over again. They are so very clever.
