How amazingly comforting to listen to both your amazing guests and yourself. The "bride" will go through HER passion and it will come through the storm, through wounds but the aftermath will be stronger, purer and righteous. We must pray and meditate on rightful scripture, listen to Sir David Suchet's marvellous readings of the Bible, The Angelus every day and recognise that Our Lady and HER SON, The Begotten SON of God, are the path to get us through the rough road and with thrust and hope through the narrow door "HOME".

@mitchellosmer1293

quote---We need to help our youth see the truth through Mother Church's teachings--unquote Yuppers--the "mother" church and all her daughters. Revelation 17:4-5 King James Version 4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: 5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth. (Rome--and the Vatican--The Catholic Church) ****What does Babylon mean in the Bible? Although the name “Babylon” is derived from the Akkadian word babilu meaning “gate of god,” it is an evident counterfeit of God's eternal city. The opposition to the rule of God by world powers or the exile of God's people from the land of blessing is conveyed properly through the metaphor of Babylon. -----To identify the harlot that is called “Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots” in Revelation 17, we need to turn to the Bible. According to the Bible, a pure woman symbolizes a pure church which is faithful to Jesus, so an impure woman represents an impure, or fallen, church which is unfaithful to Jesus (James 4:4). “Thou didst trust in thine own beauty, and playedst the harlot” (Ezekiel 16:2, 15). The harlot is an impure church. Which church would be the harlot? Revelation 17 presents points that show that mother Babylon is the papacy. Let’s examine these points: A. She persecuted the saints (verse 6). That the Catholic Church does admit the fact of persecuting the saints. Conservative historians claim the church probably destroyed at least 50 million people for their faith. “That the Church of Rome has shed more innocent blood than any other institution that has ever existed among mankind, will be questioned by no Protestant who has a competent knowledge of history.” W. E. H. Lecky, History of the Rise and Influence of the Spirit of Rationalism in Europe, Volume 2, p. 40. B. She was dressed in purple and scarlet (verse 4). The popes often wear the royal color of purple at important functions, and red is the color of the robes of Catholic cardinals. C. The seven heads of the beast (verse 3) The seven heads of the beast upon which the woman is seated are seven mountains (verse 9). It is well known that Rome, the world headquarters of the papacy, is built upon seven hills or mountains. D. The beast is guilty of blasphemy (verse 3) A point which also clearly fits the papacy. Blasphemy has two definitions in Scripture: Claiming to forgive sins (Luke 5:21). Claiming to be God (John 10:33). Let’s first look at the evidence for it claiming to forgive sins: “Does the Priest truly forgive the sins, or does he only declare that they are remitted? The Priest does really and truly forgive the sins in virtue of the power given to him by Christ.”Joseph Deharbe, S.J., A Complete Catechism of the Catholic Religion (New York: Schwartz, Kirwin & Fauss, 1924), p. 279. The papacy further undermines Jesus by setting up a system of confession to an earthly priest, thus bypassing Jesus, our High Priest (Hebrews 3:1 8:1, 2) and only Mediator (1 Timothy 2:5). Next let’s look at the evidence for it claiming to be God: “We [the popes] hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty.”Pope Leo XIII, Encyclical Letter “The Reunion of Christendom” (dated June 20, 1894) trans. in the Great Encyclical Letters of Pope Leo XIII (New York: Benziger, 1903), p. 304. Here is another: “The pope is not only the representative of Jesus Christ, but he is Jesus Christ, Himself, hidden under the veil of flesh.”Catholic National, July 1895. E. She ruled “over the kings of the earth” (verse 18). Alexander Flick says that by the 13th century, the pope was “at least in theory and claim … the ruler of the whole world in temporal and spiritual affairs.” The Rise of the Mediaeval Church (New York: Burt Franklin, 1959), pp. 575, 576. It is widely known that there is only one church which claims to be the mother church, the great Roman Catholic Church. A prominent Catholic priest, John A. O’Brien, said: “That observance [Sunday-keeping] remains as a reminder of the Mother Church from which the non-Catholic sects broke away.” John A. O’Brien, The Faith of Millions (Huntington, IN: Our Sunday Visitor, Inc., 1974), p. 401. Many leaders of the Reformation (Huss, Wycliffe, Luther, Calvin, Zwingli, Melanchthon, Cranmer, Tyndale, Latimer, Ridley, and others) all taught that the papacy is the power that is being pointed in Revelation 17. George Eldon Ladd, The Blessed Hope (Grand Rapids, MI: William B. Eerdman’s Publishing Co., 1956), pp. 32-34. *******

Thank you. We needed help collectively to see how to charitably correct error in the leadership of the Church. Seeing Diane Montagno and Fr Murray exercising such emotional restraint and intentional love for the Church as they talked about the issues was SUCH a refreshing difference from the very incendiary and self-righteous way I've seen these topics usually approached in the last 20 years. And what Ms Montagno said was crucial: we can't leave Him during the Passion, we can't throw mud at the Bride just cuz we see Her sins so publicly, we have to be holy instruments of authentic purification of the Church. This gave me a lot to think about and gave me tools to modify what I'm giving space for in my own heart. Thank you for this interview and for the time and thought all 3 of you gave to it.

My answer to everything is daily rosary, daily scripture, regular mass & eucharist, prayer, silence, and confession. How come we have to politically intelectualise and over think what is a simple solution, it was the solution for saints past why not present?

He’s like a modern day St Louis De Montfort. The other is Daniel O’Connor. Daniel is an amazing Catholic writer speaker a professor and he focuses primarily on living in Gods divine will! You don’t find much more solid and holy men than these guys in my opinion! Please just pray about it if you see this comment. God bless!

I was living with my husband before marriage as well, but we were talking about marriage really quickly, his oppinion always was that "you need to live 2 years with smo to get married", I know that I wouldn't be with him today, if I didn't live together because of his strong oppinions, but I know a lot of times that cohabbitation doesn't lead to marriage, didn't develop a strong case yet, the best that I came up with is that:" when you live in cohabbitation you reap the benefits of marriage with out responsibilities of a marriad couple, which leads you "open" for other people" that is the best that I came up with yet, but I definitely want to explore the ideas further!

I don't have the means or other options for my son and school but we do have an amazing priest and a strong Catholic parish. We also are teaching ourselves more about the faith. At my son's school there's so much confusion that my protests and emails about the teachings of the gender in particular have largely being ignored. However, my son tends to challenge the teachers in these sessions and Father said he may need to be there for the sanctification and help the school. Maybe. But I've never trusted the system and kept asking questions. I wish I could have the means to homeschool or establish a real catholic school that prays and attends mass regularly.

Raising children right now, i have made that grave mistake of trusting the public schools to teach within the same boundaries that were in place when i grew up in the 80s. Im grateful for those that have dragged a spotlight over where those boundaries have crumbled. My boys are already 11 and 13 years old. I have felt despair, thinking its impossible to undo damage done. But in reality immoral practices are being promoted everywhere, its so sad, so sheltering completely isn't an option anyway. Here's where i feel we have an opportunity to present the alternative, God's wise teachings. Society pushes "choice", I as a parent may be the only influence in my children's lives shining a light on the BEST choice. At every turn in my life all despair has been born out of sinful choices. I have had to correct myself over and over again by turning to God. This experience is what I can offer my children. That experience WILL be offered by people like detransitioners to society. The more the devil overplays his hand, the more blatant the suffering will be, the more people will wake up and see the lies for what they are. Have hope, have faith, do not despair instead spread God's word!❤

Just excellent. Clarified all my doubts, enlightened in how to face my life spiritually, and confirmed me on faith soundly. One thing that God corrected a vast majority of catholics through Pope Francis, is the error that every Pope is the best one available chosen specially by the Holy Spirit. Now it is clear that that belief is simply wrong.

When Church leaders like Cardinals and below, openly preach against the word of God, why aren't they thrown out of the church? Is their position in the Catholic church more important than the word of God? It often seems to an outsider like myself, that the Catholic leadership love their church more than God.

"liberal northeast isn't the case everyplace" THANK YOU. Small town Texan here. We have our kids in public school. We keep tabs on what's going on there and my husband works as a public school administrator. (The local Catholic school is academically very poor and headed by a parish with a pastor who actively tried to seduce someone close to me, so it's a no-go). It's different in every area, and sometimes the public school is actually the best available option. We know we might have to homeschool at some point, but we're not at that point yet. It's an individual discernment.

@@emilyblack8982 Matrimony is one of the seven sacraments in the Catholic church. Marriage is until death do us part, no divorce, zero abortion, no artificial birth control (NFP is allowed), no gay marriage and no euthanasia. The Sanctity of life and the family. These are unpopular doctrines in todays world, but it is the only church that has not succumbed to the intense pressure (including Catholics) of the secular society to accept them into the church. Real life is a witness to its truth..

I ordered the book last week and look forward to reading it. Personally I am very distressed about the church at one level, but on another I know there are heroes such as Fr. Murray and Diane Montagna who will step up and help us continue our faith and help solve the problems. This battle is not limited to the church, these issues affect societies all over the globe and freedom of religion, parental rights, bullying, and sexual abuse are not solved by current sociological, psychological, legal or medical processes. People are looking for answers. They don't want to have their children targeted and they want to live in peace. I see the future as a period of restoration in the church.

Matt. You know yourself more than I will ever know or pretend to know you. You said that you should have been praying, but instead, you were reading apologetics. I do understand your point, but I humbly believe that both are necessary, Praying is like oxygen for us, without it, we will not be able to stay alive spiritually. But I also believe, actually I am certain, that especially in these days, when so many ( and I mean many ) Cardinals, bishops and priests are teaching errors and falsehood and lies, it is very important and necessary for each and every one of us to read Apologetics and official Orthodox teachings of the Catholic Church, because we cannot refuse error and accept truth unless we know what is true and what is false.
