49:22 I mean I'm English and my geography teacher said something very similar, he says that he predicts at least three of us (a class full of 30 in the south of England) will move to Lagos for work at some point in our lives

Im very critical about the Lagos state project. Its more about optics towards the western world. It does next to little in helping people to live and work surviving. Africa should never have had fallen into the white mans trap. Calling people outside Europe and US primitive is wrong on so many levels and truly offensive. We created these problem but dont want to solve it on their terms.
