Released on October 6th 2009, NBA 2K10 was the 10th edition of the game with a special release title "Tenth Anniversary Edition". This was a game that I enjoyed playing but 15 years later, how does the game hold up? Is it worthy of being titled the Anniversary Edition? Is it worthy of featuring Kobe Bryant on the cover? Or is it just my nostalgia that's getting the better of me. Check out the video and let's find out!

re: Commentary - MLB the Show is really good about tracking stats and commenting on them in the Road to the Show mode. And there's a bit of it in the latest NHL series, but it's not nearly as well done. Loved seeing this review. Glad to be seeing more content from you, my friend. :)

Thanks for checking it out my brother. I forgot about the show and road to show mode. I'm pretty sure the 2k series does that as well with the my career modes but I don't play those modes much. It was more about the season and the commentary following you through the entire season. Honestly I feel like I could have called that out better. Yea man I had to switch things up on RU-vid and find a better work like RU-vid balance and I think I'm there so more content is already filmed. Thanks for the love and being a true legend my friend

I'd liked watching this just to see how many players I remember. This was back when I liked the NBA so I could pretty much name everyone in this video. 1:54 No. 2 Williams on the Cavs is Mo Williams. He gave me his sweatband when I was 10, I still have it. I never played any NBA 2K game... I had NBA Live 2000 that I played a ton of as well as NBA Live 2010. But I didn't really have many basketball games. Is this game still fun? "It's a hard yes".... I'm used to you saying a "hard R".

That's so dope about mo Williams. Yea dude the old players man, takes you back. This was back when the NBA was still fun. Yea you'll hear some hard Rs in a few weeks

I never really played the NBA 2K series, but know it’s always one that’s highly regarded…or at least used to be. I know the ones today aren’t very good lol. I remember your review for the OG NBA 2K when I first discovered your channel! The stat tracking commentary sounds legit! Also, can we note something…those visuals rival today’s visuals. Proof that the PS3/360 consoles were very capable of pushing out amazing looking titles. Great review man!!

Yea man and the GameCube got some of the good 2k games as well. Especially with NBA 2K3. That game is the best NBA game on the GameCube.

Nice review! I always enjoy when there's a life story with the game! Believe it or not, but the last basketball game I've played was NBA Jam TE on Genesis! So I'm definitely not an expert on the subject! But I've played many NHL games, and I hated when they forced you to use the right stick to shoot the puck! Thankfully, nowadays, they let you select which type of controls you want, so it's better, in my opinion! What is the most recent NBA game you would recommend to me that kind of have it all in your opinion? Was it this one that you just reviewed? Great video and keep up the good work!
