NBA 2K22 is a basketball simulation video game developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports, based on the National Basketball Association (NBA). It is the 23rd installment in the NBA 2K franchise and the successor to NBA 2K21. The game was released on September 10, 2021 for Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.

33 play for the Wizards it’s so much better than when I started for the Pistons NOBODY could shoot or drive but with the Wizards they got shooters all over the court and then Montrezl is a dog

24ish and the game didn’t count. It gave me an error. Around 45 points 24 assists and 8-9 steals against Milwaukee. I had to repeat the game and had a bad game. However, I broke my assist record with 26 dimes. 35 points and 4 steals. I say bad because the first game I shot almost 80% and with jrue pestering me I went on 11-20 threes while I average around 67-73%, regularly. I just got 16 assists in a loss today in REC and 24 assists in a blowout win last week.

If you have pass control type on you can throw bounce passes to anyone via their icon by double tapping their icon

The players have tendencies baked into them. 2K “tries” to make it like their real life counterparts. Shot Tendency is one that you want them to have. I didn’t get much assists in Detroit because I had the same problem you have. When I got traded to GSW, they went away. Steph has a 99 shot tendency and always gives me assists. I now have Bradley Beal and Harden on my team and they have a 99 and 85 shot tendency respectively. Bradley Beal always shoots when I press square and Harden sometimes gets an assist or drives, but mostly listens.

Am I the only one that misses the regular lob pass? Why is no one talking about this? I'm on PS5 and they replaced the regular lob pass (tap triangle 🔺️) for the lead pass. 2K really dropped the ball on this one imo. I like to be able to throw it over my opponents head when I want to. I was hoping this video addressed this issue but it seems I'm the only one that's worried about it.

Is that only a next gen thing? I’m on ps4 2k22 and lobs are double tap triangle and a regular lob pass without throwing the Oop is just single tap. I’ve only played next gen a few times

Hey bro I just picked up 2k and couldn’t even beat pro before I watched your videos. There’s so many moves in this game I couldn’t comprehend. I gotta watch some videos a few times to get it. But now I’m dominating pro just by the basics baby. Bout to turn it up to all star aka normal mode 😂 I can’t understand stealing passes tho idk why.

Press and hold Square or X button (PS4 or Xbox) when the pass is in the air and you are in front of the person they are passing to. Tell me if this helps

You missed one pass which is the pass and shoot button at the same time. You jump and then pass the ball.

i’ve tried bro. it’s the exact opposite for me😂 i get so flustered cause i haven’t fully learnt which icon is for which position, especially in my career where the computer moves players around position wise lol

@@kdburner7356 A is point guard. B is shooting guard. X is small foward. Y is power foward. LT is center. On PS5: X is pg. Circle is sg. Square is sf. Triangle is pf. L1 is center.

@@alwinuding8926 if you actually read it you’d be able to see i stated that my issue was with when the CPU change the positions (my career).. i can only use icon passing when the starting 5 is on cause i know their positions.. as soon as the subs come on i give up like CP becomes a SG and shit it’s too confusing lol. MyTeam might be different but i’m not playing that garbage hahaha

It means your holding the pass button too long. If you hold the pass button, and let go after it reaches the hands of your target, it will pass it right back.

@@luvnjaden from what I can tell if you have to have high playmaking stats and you are producing they will give you the ball. I'm running my Kenneth loften Jr build and they let me bring the ball up.

this 2k feels different to previous years, i’m getting much more assists. players are making shots they should be making unlike past 2ks where they’d miss wide open 3’s and ridiculous lay ups

@@kdburner7356 Missing wide open 3's is not uncommon. They miss open 3's in the NBA all the time! It happens.
