4:34 I'm an OG from Seattle and yes, I would see GP at the Club on Friday night when he had a game the next day. And head to the club after the game and still drop 25pts. That was true. I recall one Xmas eve, I was at a spot with some co-workers after a company Xmas lunch. GP and his people were at the spot. We didn't approach him or his peoples. After his friends left a partner of mine went to the bar to get a drink. GP looked at him and told the bartender to buy us a round of drinks on him. We looked at him and thanked him! Seattle is his home and always will be!

nah, Bird and Jordan is better because they back it up. I don't say that GP doesnt back it up but he has not same numbers like Bird and Jordan. Jordan and Bird say to you what they gonna do and do it. GP just loud he is overrated

because he has no competition in his position in his era.. thats why im not completely convince he is the greatest.. Gary is the only player who can slow him down and he is a point guard..

not like in Bill Russell and Wilt era.. Kobe and many defensive guards and he guard the main guard scorer of the opponent.. Lebron against super skilled players like KD, Kahwi, Giannis, Iggy and Dray.. thats legacy to me.. MJ is great but not really on the top.. theres no goat still its just nostalgia

@@tiismuna that's kids analogy, Mj had great rivals athletically wise, Dominick / Clyde / Kemp to name a few famous ones. MJ dominated Penny and Grant Hill when they were rising stars, both super skilled players and MJ dominated the allstar games vs Shaq, Kobe Kg, Timmy in 98. You guys are just unlucky to witness him live in his prime. It's not like lebron is guarding Giannis man to man every game, and all other stars. Remember the rule changes in 2003-2004 ruined the NBA especially the no handcheck and the defensive 3 seconds. The current players are ripping the benefits of a soft league, rule change in favor of the offense. MJ drop 40 at 40 with injuries and way past prime body with handcheck still implemented.

I remember after the finals people talking trash about how Gary Payton guarded Michael Jordan very well yada yada bulshit and George Karl start talking trash too, Michael Jordan in that game said to Phil Jackson like give me the ball I'm not doing the triangle I'm going to score, Phil Jackson got interviewed afterwards and he said" Michael might go up to 40 or 50 points today", he scored 45 he trashed talked payton and George Karl and humiliated them in their own building and then he left laughing that's how tough was Michael Jordan
