Rick Fox was in fact in Blue Chips...but the person shown in this video isn't him. That's a different actor named Cylk Cozart...he's maybe 15 years older than Rick Fox. Rick Fox played one of the college basketball players on the green team coached by Rick Pitino at the beginning of movie. The best view you'll get of him is at 5:59 seconds into the movie when they're in the timeout huddle.
