He is the only player in basketball that everyone has his name in there mouth MJ not LeBron or anyone else MJ is the best ever I didn't get a chance to see the others that was on his level but it's all said and done everyone won't to be like" who"MJ everyone was trying to get his shoes and he also played on the dream team as a starter
@Clay Slade MJ played against hall of famers he didn't SO NOT HIM so miss me with the BS when ever you have trash to talk about MJ every one has team mates and a coach of course he was in his prime years then not now for real I could care less because my name isn't MJ but I bet you wore his shoes before
@Clay Slade actually LeBron being shut down is losing 6 out of 9 finals. Magic is one of the greatest players ever, arguably better than LBJ. So it doesn't mean anything when you tell me he dropped a triple double on Jordan. So what, he had a good game. In fact, you ask Magic who the GOAT is.
@@amshia0121 actually he's right lebron plays in the NO-FOUL league less wear and tear, he's never played where all five players touched you up while your in the air
Your right but think if it this way. You see players today talking about load management over a season. MJ did it in game. Early in his career he was scoring 37ppg for a season followed by 35ppg next season but his team's weren't dominate. In fact similar to Kobe Prime when he was 27 to 30 when Mike was winning championships. MJ learned early that all he needed to do was keep games close. Not how much can I score? How much do I need too? This kept Bulls team invested, involved, interested in defense. MJ didn't have to out play you for 48 mins every night. He just needed to dominate or take over the last 3 to 5 mins of the game. Now if players pissed him off prior or during the game. Or it was an up and coming player, rival, some reason for Jordan to go off he would bur once MJ figured our the formula he didn't loose championships anymore!
@@JoeSmith-iv3sf But if I remember right the tactic was not to keep the game close but to start strong and establish a margin right away... I remember numerous times that MJ got 15+ on the first quarter and didn't push it all the way to 45+
@Clay Slade not trying to hear that ......he is the goat u young kids don't know crap ..he would dominate this soft cupcake ass lg boi learn yo history ...u can't touch nobody without it being a foul .....soft ass league ! Y'all still rocking shoes from our generation ...FACTS!!!
@Clay Slade when u speak on someone wearing Jordan number n shoes u have no argument ..and that wack ass Jerry need to get off the NBA symbol that should be mike symbol now ........don't ever disrespect the goat ..........like my boy said lol Mike is a CD in a world full of VHS......Facts .....mike never choked in a finals never lost a finals ......u lost in the storm bro ....LeBron no where near him ..... totally different cloth
Angel Rosario ya LeBron reminds me more like a Magic Johnson with his passing and game management. MJ destroyed Magic for his very first NBA Finals Championship
@@matthewjustice7626 1991 lakers: Magic ( age 31 ) HoF, MVP ( 1990 ) , Worthy ( ag3 29 ) HoF, Vlade Divac ( age 22 ), HoF, Sam Perekins ( age 29 ), Byron Scott ( age 29) A.C Green ( age 27 )
And the fact that he played in a era with real men, and real centers. Not anyone in today's game could handle the 80s bad boys. And he did, they beat the shit out him. He kept coming.
Motumbo Trash talk MIKE..Tumbo this one is for you.MIKE closes his eyes and make the shot.Time to renegotiate Tumbo contract. We'll give you $100.You'll get more when you learn to keep your mouth shut.😁😎✌🤘💙🖤luv ya byo eJ
Clay Slade black jesus wasn't the nick name given by bird, check your history, what bird say after jordan droping 63pts on celtics is "that wasn't michael jordan, that was GOD himself dressed as michael jordan" and stop saying mj couldn't beat bird celtics with 4 HOF on his team lol, check the summer 84 games between nba allstar vs usa olimpycs team,mj defeated bird, magic and zeke swept them 9-0 LMAO
Yuusei Kurusu MJ with good players, at least college best can beat a whole HOF team. Lol. Imagine if MJ was drafted by a descent team, they would had won chips from the jump. The Bulls team were coke heads until Mike purged it out.
Clay Slade The US 84 team lead by Jordan, played 9 games against a An all star team of the NBAs best, most of them ended up as HoF. The US team won all of them because of Mike. Maybe you need to stop yapping an learn some knowledge first instead of spewing fake information.
@@blowc1612 Educate that boy. This dude is linking videos from a channel titled The LeBron Factory and expecting us to somehow think LeBron is anything near MJ's level. Its embarrassing.
Clay Slade Larry Bird directly said to the media (and I quote): “I would never have called him the greatest player I’d ever seen if I didn’t mean it,” Bird told The Boston Globe. “It’s just God disguised as Michael Jordan.” Rebuttal that.
@@louiseslife7768 Yeah, but this vid was, you know, all about trash talking MJ and it didn't show the obvious and easily obtainable clip of the actual exchange. I mean, I could have looked all these instances up separately on youtube, but you know, this is supposedly a vid compiling them, sooooo....yeah
@@EzMoney95 fun fact: You've never been laid in your entire life. So you take it out on people on the internet. Maybe because you look like a foot, maybe because you smell like one. Either one makes total sense to me
Rookie starts trash talking MJ His team-mates: Sorry Mike, he don't know the rules, he's just a kid MJ: ok, fine. That's all I needed, it became personal with me
Sad that these days we have Load Management, almost 0 friendly trash-talking, players taking days off, players NOT taking comments to heart from their opponent, and not 1 Charles Barkley type player. Sigh.
The most insane thing that people overlook when it comes to Jordan is the fact that he is the GOAT despite not only retiring during his prime for an extended period but also the fact that the bulls won playoff series so fast most of time that result was lowered career playoff numbers like points games played etc... kinda like a penalty for being so good. This is a factor many dont take into account. People think the more playoff games the better not realizing in some important aspects it's the opposite. Never in my life have I heard a single person bring that up surprisingly.
@Clay Slade anyone who comments w Jordan faced bums is automatically disqualified from being able to speak on the topic. Please take your hate elsewhere. 🤦♂️
@Clay Slade wow I just realized you said Jordan load managed also. I dont want to insult you caus you could legit be handicap so I wont say what you sound like but please do yourself and everyone w actual knowledge on the subject a favor and refrain from commenting further.
Most NBA Players in that era finally realized that talking trash to Jordan is a bad mistake but then it was too late and he won 6 championships on his way of demolishing all opponents.
I grew up watching Jordan and he's my GOAT. Not taking away from Kobe, Kareem, or Lebron but MJ had every tangible to be the best. It's just that simple. Plus, he revolutionized the game in ways that no one has EVER done.
Michael won 3 straight, took a sabbatical permitting the non-Michael-equipped teams a chance, then came back and won 3 straight. He completely and utterly dominated the league and was so absurdly above all in his time that he could just take time off. There was and is no argument. Watching the playoff games in real time tells the difference, though certainly some of these other guys are outstanding players and a great joy to watch as well.
I had the pleasure of watching him play in the 80's against the greats. I also watched him play when they won all 6 of there championships. This man was a killer on the basketball court. He scoured 60 against Bird in a playoff game for goodness sakes with no teammates! He finally got quality teammates and won 6 rings. But to be honest, his teammates weren't on the level of some of the ones he played against other than Pippen. Think about that for a few minutes! He played against Magic, Worthy and Kareem for gods sake!
I know some people may not like this but having grown up playing the game of basketball and exchanging so much trash talk over the years it reminds me that these guys are human.
Jordan play for one team over 20 years that's dedication. His skills better his tactics was tremendous. Wasn't no one in that field on his level who do you know that can walk and Air transferring the ball from the right hand to the left with his tongue hanging out. Greatness
The legend of MJ will never be matched. His athleticism is other worldly, for a man who would stay up all night gambling and then go out and drop 45-50 points while playing all nba type defense. Then being over 40 years old had the wizards on track to win over 40 games before he got hurt is just incredible.
Clay Slade if you want to talk about facts then let me teach, what power house team did Lebron face in the East? Indiana? Derrick rose bulls? Bobcats? Let’s see MJ faced Larry bird Celtics, Ewing knicks, Reggie Miller pacers, morning and hardaway heats, the original hornets when they were a 45 plus when team, human hightfilm hawks. In an era that is considered the slowest averaged 30+ points on almost 50 percent shooting in an era that is 10 times more physical AND HE DOMINATED IN AN ERA THAT HAS THE MOST HALL OF FAMERS. PER MJ > LBJ , RIngs 6>3, defensive all nba 9>5. Stay up all night smoking and gambling, come out drop 50 and defend for 48 mins, in an era of physical play.
Clay Slade now I know you don’t know basketball, he didn’t dominate? Okay then why did everyone in the league fear him? Why did Larry bird call MJ, god in a basketball uniform? Also MJ didn’t face good teams? Lebron never faced a team that was 500 in the first round. MJ never faced good players? Milwaukee ray allen? The glove? Drexler? Reggie Miller? Tim hardaway? Joe Dumars? Isiah Thomas? John Starks? Lebron would have not been able to come close to MJ numbers in the 90s. To play in an era that was so slow have less possessions, and to be as efficient, deadly, and put up the numbers of today’s players when they are getting 30-40 percent more possession and have a higher PER in an era of highly rough and physical play. Jordan was so dominant the league couldn’t find any one to match with him. Jordan dominated in the era that gave birth to the most hall of famers when it was actually required to be good to get in. Lastly, weak East my ass. Lebron was facing the weakest teams in History when he was in the East, joe Johnson’s Atlanta? Kemba walkers bobcats? John salmons bulls? Danny granger pacers? The 25-30 win wizards? The East was horrible during lebrons time and he still managed to under achieve. The best team at that time was the big 3 Celtics, and pistons that feel apart from old age.
Clay Slade really? MJ dropping 63 on them with nothing but crack heads as his teammates and coming off a broken foot and you say Larry was just being disrespectful with his comments? And that was your comparison? How illiterate would you have to be to take birds statement about a time when MJ was completely destroying there whole team. With no help, vs bird, perish, the whole dam team couldn’t do anything to slow him down. And say what you just said. So typical of kids now. That’s just utterly ridiculous, of you to honestly believe that lbj is better then MJ, LBJ played with better teammates, lbj played in a weaker East. Lbj teammates has 43 all star appearances while MJ only had Scottie who was a consistent all star. I’m done, numbers never lie man numbers never lie. In every main statical category MJ is better then Lebron, in career accomplishments MJ out dues Lebron, career achievements MJ has more then Lebron. All while playing in a rough rider league and doing it at a more efficient way.
Clay Slade 49 shots 90 percent of which were all 2 pointers. Also last time I check he was 🧹. In 2018 and he didn’t even play defense. A self proclaimed king who didn’t even dominate the league only the weak ass East teams of his era. I don’t hate Lebron, just people who think a self proclaimed king is better then a man who his peers dubbed black Jesus.
Clay Slade you talking about the Wizards? With kwame brown 🤣🤣🤣 or bulls with Ben Gordon ? such great competition. MJ played 200 plus less games and still accomplished more. Played much better competition on a daily basis while never ever making any excuses or self proclaiming himself while playing as anything, and accomplished much more then Lebron. Stop with Wikipedia Ryan Hollins, nick wright facts.
A lot of alpha males in the NBA. They, like Charles Barkley, want to be at the top of their game, that's why they play at the highest level. But trash talking the best of the best - is a mistake. They learned though. Except for a few who are still butthurt to this day.
MJ, the only player to have a 50 point game at 40 years old, and have a 50 point game in three different decades. Also the only player to ever win the scoring title, DPOTY, league MVP, and all star MVP in the same season. He’s the true GOAT.
People got to understand there was a little back story to the finger wagging. Mutombo was a great shot blocker. And all kinds of players who would score a lot, or score against some good defense, would come into a game against Mutombo. And they would get their shot blocked, and Mutombo would wave his finger as if to say, "not here, I'm Mutombo". Well, after Mutombo trashed talked Jordan. Jordan made that dunk and waved his finger as if to say, "no Mutombo, I'm Jordan".
Everyone should have learned earlier on that intimidating him by trash talking to him is the psychological fuel that gets him going even more. If you want to try to beat him and his team, then do so quietly.
I liked when MJ trash talked Wilt, saying he could beat Wilt 1 on 1. Wilt trashed him back, saying - do you wanna put some money on that - MJ just shut the fuck up. Bill Russell cracked up laughing, Wilt WANTED TO DO IT NOW.
I would talk trash to mj because that makes you famous. Nobody really remembers many of the guys that Kobe or LeBron posterized. Mj is the only one I would not mind being posterized by because that would be expected.
You missed Knicks coach Jeff Van Gundy calling Mike a con man before a game, then MJ dropped 50+ on NY. It was a regular season contest in 96 97 if I remember right.
Love videos like this, but don't exaggerate on Muggsy. Played 14 years, ranked 23rd all-time in assists. MJ didn't destroy Muggsy's career. Ruined his confidence in his shot, but didn't stop his passing, defense, or leadership. The Stackhouse story is my favorite. Jerry had that comin'...😉
Ive seen the footage of that conversation & Mutumbo wasn’t bragging. He was answering a question about of MJ had dunked on him before. Still was a great moment, but it wasn’t like Mutumbo asked for it.
Your information about the Grizzlies game is inaccurate. It wasn't Derek Martin that got Michael going. It was one of the ball boys for Vancouver. If you watch the video of that particular game, Michael launched the comeback after the ball boy called him out. The Bulls came back from 19 points down to win the game.
Its crazy to see these vids.....I played with MJ twice in pick up games in Chicago...It was the summer of 89 at a church on the west side of Chicago , I said Church...there was a OLDSCHOOL COURT IN BASEMENT..it was crazy. It was wild him being on my squad, hes down to earth but he brought greatness outta me...I couldn't miss a shot ,and was inna fkn zone. ..I was 23 years old and FOCUSED I was inna another world.he gave me love ,and asked me if I played college ...I ..🤔 and told him I did but had to leave for personal reasons. He told me to play overseas....I WILL REMEMBER HIM WINKING AT ME AND MOUTHED ALLEY OOP..I THREW THE BALL FROM THE TOP OF THE FKN KEY AND HE LEAPED 🌈🌈OVER 2 DUDES AND CAUGHT THE FKN🏀 AND DUNKED IT...🤔🙊....NICE VID NEW SCHOOL....😂😂😂😂🙏😷✌THANK YOU LORD FOR BIRTHING ME OLD SCHOOL...HIGHSCHOOL CLASS OF 1985✌😷🙏
Trash talk always motivated MJ. These guys never could accept that as fact! Other players that knew it would create a blowout, would be like "yo stfu, now we're fucked!" 😀😁😂😅 I love these trash talking MJ stories. Just like the Piston's "Jordan Rules". They actually helped make MJ motivate himself to became...the greatest of all time! 😉
