Different people have different routines. My suggestion is try once every other day, but make sure to make that training session count. We have a beginners dvd for sale o our website and we also have some instructional videos up on this channel. Check them out.

Gymnast cant do what we do, and they are some things that gymnast do that we can't do. Its 2 different sports, its just a little similar. Its a long story to explain why, but just notice the difference of moves, size of the athletes, how competitions are judged, how we prepare for competition, the start of training. Have a great day
Its not triceps its explosive power from your back. Its just trying to go higher, might use some leg kick at first but only very slight and remove it in the future. Also try some weighted pull ups.

hey people. im 14 and my weight is about 114 pounds. i got a 6pack and want to gain muscle. my recommended protein intake is around 100 grams/day but my caloric intake should be about 2700 calories to gain muscle. and those 100 grams is supposed to be about 30% of my calories. how can i get enough calories w/o eating tons of crap food and fat and shit? thanks anyone who knows:)
