Hi there. Question about your male patient admitted to the hospital with pyelonephritis 13:52 . The question asks which intervention should the nurse implement first. Is the correct answer initiate and IV since this is a true intervention? Obtaining a urine specimen for culture and sensitivity is an assessment - not an intervention. It appears we do have an order for IV antibiotics to be given....Thank you so much. I enjoy your videos!
