I am not surprised but I am seeing why the guy is going to run away from the law due to what he does to the orphans like what he did to BB and A one becomes a serial killer who planned himself to be his final murder and the other killed himself to take away the stress of himself having to try and surpass the worlds greatest detective Batman or in this case L.@@user-ij6py2zi9b
As an English person can clarify that orphans have now been reclassified as under animal control. The reasoning Rishi Sunak gave was that it made horse-racing more fun.
@@gabrielboorom2683 Yeah but the good thing about racing orphans is that just like racing horses once they've been crippled you can send them to the Tesco's Processing Plant.
The only adult in the room: Well it's time to go on the run and become a mortician and I like insects Near: mello, i want to be more than friends Mello: I JUST GET DONE WITH BREAKFAST AND THIS IS THE NONSENSE I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH AT 9:30 IN THE MORNING????
@Kayrannkanal20 He definitely has a personality in the original. It's just not as dynamic as Mello's or L's. It's subdued, but still childish. It's subtle, but there.
even though they are canonically averse to being close to each other, near x mello is funnily enough my biggest death note ship somehow LMFAO. but tbh, with the nonexistant romance elements of this series though, there is no competition for me since light is just being a manipulative bitch to every female he sees that isn't family. (l is sadly not as genuine in the manga than as he appears to be in the anime, so he's not that sentimental about light either... lawlight is a cute concept though!) the first episode mello and near were introduced, i was like "yeah no I can already tell that their rivalry is induced by psychological trauma from the orphanage's shitty child raising, i feel like the most cathartic thing would be for them to overcome that and become besties! plus i have the biggest hunch that they will have to team up anyway in order to stand a chance in catching kira. therefore i will be rooting for them to make-up every single time they are together in a scene because that would be cute and sweet. god knows these child geniuses have some of the worst psychological issues known to man istg." ...and then the ending happened. i felt compelled to beat roger with a stick for allowing a jealous mello to run away to america as a minor in the first place. like, how did you not expect that he was likely to do illegal stuff to get by, given his age making it very hard to him to be legally independent OVERSEAS by himself with presumably limited funds. aren't they supposed to be catching criminals instead of teaching their detectives to BEHAVE like absolutely rotten criminals just to apprehend suspects for their own rotten deeds??? 💀 and don't even get me started on how they somehow did not feel responsible at all for mello's safety despite being his caretakers. he could have just straight-up died from whatever ambitiously illegal shit he was trying to attempt at the brash age of 16 in a gun-crazy, violent nation. i coud tell that mello was a ticking time-bomb through three minutes of observation, how did the house even miss that he was not psychologically fit enough to safely survive on his own as a minor??? guess where his shenanigans landed him... six feet under, due to unaddressed emotional baggage!!! it is almost like he could have lived a healthy life if the adults took the time to defuse his glaring inferiority complex. #casualchildneglect
I haven't read or watched the vast majority of Death Note so I'm looking forward to eventually doing so and having this color my opinions of these characters
