Just looked up Art Bell, passed away at 72 yrs old in Nevada of an Overdose in 2018 ! Wow I didn't know that 😔 What a shame .. R.I.P. ART 💫💙💫

@@skydiver172 sorry to hear of your accident. I didn't mean that everyone always hears, while in a coma, but it is common enough... Doctors ought to have taken notice of that earlier. My frustration has been with doctors, and especially with their training.

It depends on the dr. I work in a hospital and yes.Some Drs like to speak in medical terms and some just don’t care.

@Josue Rodriguez Unless YOU have experienced a NDE you will not know what is is like. Not all NDEs are the same and not everyone who has a NDE will experience the light or blackness.

You do realize he is calling in to a radio station and explaining this to people who are not familiar with medical terminology right? He wouldn't use a lot of medical terms because his target audience would not comprehend him. I am a school teacher. We have a lot of terminology that would not make a lot of sense to non teachers. So when we talk with parents etc we have to be sure to not use the terminology or else explain it to people in ways they can clearly understand.

@@kristoferkey3161 I think you missed my point Kristofer .. I said that the guy did not give his last name as doctors almost always do when introducing themselves. Did you miss that? Let me tell you that I was a premed in college and for over five years I worked in the emergency department of Kaiser Permanente hospital in Hayward, California. I've heard and seen a lot during those years.. I know it when a physician is speaking, versus a nurse, versus other medical aide worker... when you work with them closely, you just know those things... its called 'experience'. Based on that experience I can say with a lot of certainty that ER physicians, let alone primary care physicians, don't talk like the guy on this call. I don't doubt that he could be a nurse or allied health worker, but I find it hard to believe that he's a physician. The way he's describing things is quite off.. have you heard physicians give talks? I've heard them numerous times and even when they're talking to non-medical audiences, they bring in 'Medical-speak' which is so natural to them.

I am a doctor and if I am speaking to non medical persons I do not use medical terminology. In fact we avoid it when speaking to our patients as we do not want to talk over people I would not be giving my last name as a doctor on a radio program either He may have not had the opportunity to tell anyone and this is why he is sharing. Doctors see many things and it is not always easy to be able to discuss it

@@inaaranur1611 If you are practicing in the US or in Europe, I would if find what you are saying hard to believe. Or, it may be that you are really not a doctor.
