Wow. This project may have been uploaded by you a while ago, but it came to me RIGHT on time. Excellent project for my client that lost her husband in 2008 but has ALL his old ties . this is a blessing!
You're welcome! After I posted this, I had someone contact me saying they knew how to sew, but didn't think they could tackle the project. She hired me to make 12 pillows from all her husband's ties, to give as a memory gift to her children and their spouses, with a few more for herself. Really enjoyed this tutorial. Is there somewhere to get the template for this pillow? I am in the process of making a tie quilt. And I would love to make a pillow to finish off the look where ever it is used.

You sure can! I find it gives the project a little more stiffness, not as much silky "give" that I like the pillow to have. It's all about your personal taste, really. So if you like interfacing - then go for it! It will make the ties much easier to work with.😉
