No it has not. Tons of useless spoilers, bumpers, front and tailgihts etc. U2 sure has the biggest car customization but not the best..

Also, they need to let us choose what color the various body mod's are. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Need For Speed Payback need's racing wheel & shifter support. Gamepads suck for steering car's, especially when you have to force police car's to crash.
