The video was rendered and uploaded at 1080p. Once it goes on youtube it needs to process first to get to 1080p that's why the quality is only 360p at the moment. Just looks like youtube is slow at processing today. Come on guys this is basic youtube knowledge.

Says that 2015 and payback are almost the exact same lol bro you high customization wise this game is far better graohics wise payback is better for reason that it has day time if 2015 had day time you would see the diferents and building wise 2015 was better becuase it didnt have the stupid card sytem and handling wise payback is much better all those little things makes a big diferents in these games you know
It's an *arcade* styled game like Ridge Racer and Mario Kart,not a simulation styled game like the Forza series. It's about going fast,doing crazy driving and having fun,not looking realistic
