Hmm, not sure why that is. It’s been a while since I did this video and I can’t re-set it up so I’m not sure what to tell you for sure. There are some great Facebook groups that might be able to help if you search Brother Scan n cut on Facebook.

This does not work for me. It wants a scratch off card which I never had. DM350 model. What now?

Hi, thanks for contacting me. This video is what I have figured out for my machine, which is not a DM model. I would search RU-vid for your specific model and see if any videos are available. There's also usually a downloadable manual for each machine that might help. Sorry, but I don't have any experience with other models and what they might need to get set up.
