Some subscribers have asked for a tutorial on how to make a Needlebook/Needle Book, and here is Part #1 of that process. We'll make our basic cover, quilting as we go, and adding our basic lining. Future videos will go into more detail as to adding embellishments, pockets, etc.

Beautiful!!! I'm a total "Non-sewer" other than what I have to do, with a little "fun" now and again. (Such as something like this). May I ask, what is the purpose of using glassine? Can it just be fabric? Thank you.

I left the paper on deliberately to have the crunch sound with this needlebook...I love it!

No worries Cathie! LOL! I'm a mixed media artist, so I work in both fabrics and papers, usually using both mediums in my art. I have made needlebooks with just fabrics and I have made them combining papers and fabrics...it's like: "...what do I feel like wearing today?" Hugs for you!!
