Is this slider still compatible with the app? It won't find and connect via bluetooth. The slider is not even listed under the Bluetooth Reset Guide.

Hi! Very good video! I have two situations / questions, maybe you can help me: 1- I’m doing an interview on the radio and I want to take a continue recording image example more than 45min, like a loop to in the post production cut and take different frames with this and other camera, it is possible? 2- if I’m a musician and I want to take videos when we play a song together but I play the guitar and I can’t use the cellphone to start/stop captures, is possible to put the start recording in 10 seconds per example? Thank you!

Thank you for your interest. 1. It is possible to continue recording in 45 minutes for the slider, but the production cut and frames are more closely tied to post-production editing. 2. The slider motor is controlled by your phone, and it can be made to start or stop and not trigger your phone or camera to begin recording within 10 seconds.

Since your last update of the application, it is no longer possible to connect an ER1 slider to a phone. And I'm not the only one to have this problem, given the number of comments (Amazon, Neewer site). Could you provide an answer for everyone?!
