I have Continuous lights by NEEWER. They work great, and to be totally honest, the customer support of NEEWER is the best there is out there. Really, really good support. The lights I have, I've not had any problems with them and they do the job they are supposed to do.

Promaster makes a nearly identical light - I’d check those specs for a direct comparison. Their continuous light version is $110 right now too!

Do u know the thread size for the knob to attach to the tripod or somewhere to buy a replacement?

@@TonyHogrefe I figured it out if u still looking to buy one the thread size was “M5” I bought a pack on Amazon of uxcell knurled knob m5 screws was like $7
