As a virgo myself.., I think too overly critical and being a perfectionist is somewhat exhausting sometimes as I want everything to be organize, well planned and well executed to avoid any mistake or failure 100%. I notice everything and notice every small details/mistakes. I tend to analyze everything to have a perfect 100% positive result either in decision making or just a normal activity. Worry in everything. Analyze every possible outcome. Can easily be disappointed in myself for being perfectionist. Can easily disappointed to someone who commits mistakes or makes mistakes. Also personally I tend to Judge someone, just in my head, as I am very observant in my surroundings and read people the way they talk, their body language, the way they dress etch.. So I can tell what kind of personality you have or who can be trusted, so, being Judgemental in my head in my daily life is quite normal and want everything in control. I only rejects stupid ideas but Im always open to a bright ideas .I also want to be really good and master in anything that I like or interested in like coding, art, cooking, gardening, calculations, data analysis etc. I think this is mostly our nature but I am very compassionate, helpful, emotional sometimes, believes in golden rule, very strict in good manners. Really Value LOYALTY ang Integrity. Trust worthy, a man/woman with conviction. Generous and kind. I only judge someone in my head. Virgo has more good side than a negative side In my Opinion.
I remember cutting the grass one summer. My deceased Virgo ♍ parent DECIDED that after I was done, he GOES OVER to cut the grass I just got done with. I'm like, "seriously! You don't think I'm doing enough of a good job to cut the grass in a big ass backyard?" LOL 😂😂😂. But I still love him and miss him.
From what I've seen with Virgos we're critical and we can be boring because we like being home. I've learned to watch what I say and be polite and objective. But it's not personal. We're trying to help you be a better person or give you advice. But some of us need to be less consumed with giving our opinions all the time. Think how wonderful we'd look to our other half if we shut our mouths. I'd rather be sitting and holding my girl instead of having her mad at me because of something I said.
Virgos NEVER do this, though. Both my parents are Virgos and I've had to go through a rigorous self improvement regime and a spiritual awakening to overcome a lot of the negative traits I developed because of it, and up to this day they still drive me to the brink of insanity if I'm around them for as much as five minutes. They are NEVER wrong, they want to control EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, and if they don't get their way, the resort to extreme manipulation. If you ever reach a point where it is OBVIOUS that they are wrong and there is no other option but to admit that they are wrong or even try to acknowledge what you're saying, they either play the victim card and say you're attacking them, or they outright completely ignore what you say. I also have a Virgo ex who is the very same. There's no helping the situation either, because they are incapable of change or improvement, so the problem never goes away, and is never even acknowledged, so it's really and truly like talking to a rock, and it's not like you can just ignore it either... They KNOW how to get on your very last nerve and they don't hesitate to do it. Taurus are stubborn, but in the sense that they will make up their mind and they'll stick to whatever it is, but Virgo is a whole other stubborn. Virgo's stubborn is born out of delusion, so they don't even know there's a problem so the process of trying to solve the problem can't even begin, and they don't even acknowledge the possibility that there could be a problem. It is truly enough to bring the strongest of minds to a state of perpetual psychosis.

This was interesting, I'm sure the other 12 signs have some of these characteristics as well. The older I get I love being the direct, warm passionate Virgo I am. I embrace others that are also direct with a sense of purpose and definitely no nonsense. I think when someone with annoying traits are in our space, we feel irritated because we have such obvious body language. Time teaches us how to modify some of what appears to be negative, when we're willing to try, for those we respect.
No the other of the 12 signs do not have some of these characteristics. The water signs are nurturing or so attached to their partner that they bite their tongue. The Fire signs wouldn’t even BE in a relationship of someone they found fault with --fire signs are so sexually attracted to the person they pick that they aren’t going to damage the passion and sex by nitpicking. Earth signs are known for being critical and demeaning with Capricorn and Virgo being they most so. The Air signs can also be critical but they don’t repeat themselves or nitpick. The example might be an Aquarius will just let you know they just don’t approve of you in general but they won’t repeat themselves over and over again or actually try to change you. They’ll just let you know that they think you’re not doing your best. But they’re not so involved that they actively try to change their partner or manage the outcome. Sagittarius or Gemini might straight up tell you that your hygiene is bad or you could really improve on some thing but in the same way they will not continually try to manage the outcome or improve you themselves. They will just bluntly tell you what they think. Virgo will hack away at the thing.

For me with Virgos, it's just a constant judgement, God complex, disregard for others' feelings, refusal to apologize, and unsolicited advice. Those are the things I cannot handle with them. I feel that unsolicited advice is disrespect. If I didn't ask you what the heck you thought about my life, mind your business. Like for example there's a lady in our circle of friends, and she is disliked big time to where no one wants her around.She always comes in judges everyone and is always on top of her soapbox. She is left off of invitations now...y'all...it is that bad. There's a fine line between keeping it real and being disrespectful.

I am a Gemini and i have 3 Virgo Siblings. I dont get along with them. We clash a lot. Virgos are hardworking but because of their passion of success, all work they become totally boring. They dont know how to balance life.... like working and fun....I find them very close minded people, they dont have a lot of friends. I find them plastic because they're good in front of other people and then when it comes to our family their true colors come out. They also like talking negative things to other people about someone w/c i really find it a bad attitude...
This describes someone I was dating to a T. I could add a lot here but I'll just say that even as he was constantly saying he wouldn't tell me what to do, in the next breath he was telling me what to do! And when circumstances showed us we were better apart than together, he had to get the last word in by saying he knew more about me than I thought, and I just wasn't measuring up. It took almost one full year of corresponding by email, in which I saw all the wonderful things about him, but definitely it was his way or the highway. I think the reason Virgo comes across as "modest" or "humble" or "empathetic," as he did, is that they are also brutally honest not only with others but with themselves and they are well aware of their own shortcomings... which as you point out, they project onto others.

I'm a Virgo and we are honest with people. But it's not personal. But I know words can hurt so I try to watch what I say and how I say it. I'm surprised you hung in there for a year of emailing. I met a Virgo female and I stuck it out for 6 months corresponding online (after meeting her in person and getting rejected) and gave up. But there's a longer story which ends with I still love her.

Most of them a very intelligent person but their house and cars are a whole mess! Luxurious house but they keep old and broken items, they like to keep junk in their house. They have nice cars, but inside their cars have old cups, things that they don't need, old papers, clips, coins are everywhere. Yeah, that's from my own experiences. I asked them, why they not throwing those junks out? they were sighing and no answer to my question. LOL.
Aside from the admitting when I'm wrong und being "hard to please," this video was pretty spot on. Unfortunately. I'm capable of admitting I'm wrong, und I'm actually pretty easy to please, but all these other points are pretty spot on with me. It's weird, but even with being hypercritical of everything, I'm capable of recognizing when things/people can't be perfect objectively, und I learn to just accept what's given to me to deal with.

See idk man idk if this stuffs true. I'm a Virgo but barley. I also make music and I can vouch for being a huge perfectionist in music up to the point that it's all I do. Im also more than okay with being completely alone for loooong periods of time. Yes I can agree that Virgos are judgey and we do like to gossip. I watched all the positives and negatives of a Virgo. And idk if I believe it to the fullest of extent but it's pretty cool for sure. Maybe someone can give me some more insight. As a Virgo I've also noticed I killed off my depression and I'm never sad anymore. I don't get mad very quickly. I'm calm and relaxed I use my critical thinking in almost every situation. I also tend not to talk to anyone in the room I just sit and analyze everything how ppl move etc. I've also noticed in almost all my friend groups being video games and in person. I'm usually the most dominant person. Meaning i usually fall on a leading roll of my friends and peers even when I don't want too. Or simply don't realized it's even happened
I kick fear in the *** all the time and understand how to control my feeling of frustrating overthinking worrying and anxiety when I fear something I don't run from it I run to it because it's just another chance of something great happing. Fear is something you make up In your mind it happens to everyone you start thinking about what if I mess up what if I completely fail at what I was trying to accomplish you should not be scared because even if you do fail you will always be able to get back up and start over and opportunitys will always be available till the day you die.

I also have borderline personality disorder hahaha My brain goes into hyperdrive pathologically analysing myself, sometimes I'd punish myself so much for a failure I'd put myself into hospital. My 21 year old daughter who does have low self esteem because she can't live up to my insane standards. I'm getting better though with my DBT skills funny enough my biggest skill learnt was radically accepting reality as it is I am slowly breaking the cycle. It's really hard trying to change your personality.

I've learned to not criticize others and not to be judgmental but I'm still too direct, people often think I'm mean when I tell them they're wrong and get even more upset when I prove it to them! I don't understand why?! I'm awful at having conversation with girls, It takes me a lot to get comfortable with someone but somehow almost everybody I meet want to have conversation with me, I plan to go to gym just for 1/5 hour but I end up being there for ~3h cuz gym friends do let go talk too much lol. I think if you're not at least normal smart you shouldn't choose Virgos as a partner cuz we'll disappoint you, we're perfectionist and can't handle people who keep doing mistakes.

Yes exactly! I used to work for a Virgo and I lost my damn mind. She would accuse everyone of being on drugs or being lazy when really we were so over worked that we couldn’t handle her overbearing load.
