Let me tell you Chad isn't the first one to try this. That's why the land laws exist in the first place.

My take is the OP of the second story is more used to restaurants such as Burger King, KFC, McDonald's, Subway, and Taco Bell.

How do you get permits approved without the deed to the property?

There isn't an acre of rural land that's abandoned. Someone owns it. It might look abandoned because it's being left fallow for a time before crops are planted. Or it might be left as is to preserve the athestics of the country. Or because it's just pasture land. Or it's CRP land and can't be touched for however long is in the CRP agreement. No one can just go on vacant land and construct anything without express permission of the land owner. And with some people, anyone caught doing something on land they own could be facing a shotgun with an angry land owner behind it.

Moving or removing property markers is a crime!!

S1, most farms require a year or two with fallow land to make sure the soil has time to rest and to make sure the soil cultivate a healthy oh balance in the soil .

I had one of the give you more $ money then the bill . At my old job when I first started it was .85 cents a hour to park . A car load of kids was leaving the garage & I told him that's .85 cents please & he handed me a $50.00 . I had just started my shirt & had no big 💵 bills to hand back so I gave him $49.00 in ones and .15 cents. The whole car was laughing at that time for the fifty-dollar bill given to me. So giving him the ones was a pay back to him plus the have a nice night at Mark's Showplace a topless bar we're $1 bills was used. They stopped laughing because they weren't 21 years old to go there

Pretty sure that even IF a piece of land is abbandoned, you still need to go through some legal procedures to take ownership of it before you're allowed to do anything on it.
