You all talk about these restraining orders like people obey them. In cases of viloent crime or kidnapping those things mean nothing to the criminal. She committed felony premeditated kidnapping, she should be in jail for the next 15 to 20,not still in the neighborhood with only a pieace of paper between your kid and his kidnapper. And people including authority wonder why these criminal wind up getting shot is bc the lawyers and judges let them go to victimize others all over again.
