Nice fix! I see those Cub Cadet mowers for sale every once in a while around here but I steer clear of them because of the power-no-more engines.

Good job as always. A bit of advice on removing emulsion tubes easier. I have a Husky 3/8 drive 38 bit socket set. The name is a bit misleading, because it’s all torx bits, screwdrivers and Allen heads. However, the flat heads are super helpful in removing emulsion tubes. They fit just right, you have extra torque and I’ve never stripped an emulsion tube. They’re not expensive and well worth the cost.

Those carbs are like Honda’s Except easier to take apart No gasket sandwich Oddly enough last 3 mowers I got Powermore 139cc Powermore 173cc Honda gvc160 Videos will be out In August 2022 on the Cub Cadet, after I cleaned the carb, it would still surge. but if I put air filter back on. then it ran fine. the 139cc powermore wasn't that way on the 173cc powermore, I saw several other vids out there where it would surge at first but then go away after a few seconds.

I have a snapper ninja commercial lawn mower and carb looks the same that was cool seeing that powermore engine running great because I have seen people buy a lawn mower brand new with the powermore engine and they sometimes don't run real well even when they,re new so it's cool to see one running really good

I wish it was that easy for my Craftsman it runs like if the choke is on while it's open I got a new carburetor and it's still doing the same thing change the flywheel key cuz I thought the timing might have been off still the same

If doing same thing after new carb, it is most likely intake leak, try the wd40 spray trick to see if rpm’s change, and you will find where the leak is if one exists. Or warped air filter intake

Depends on if you’re American or Chinese! Half the Chinese American stuff doesn’t even exist in China. I’d say the Chinese food from China is the best, only because I’ve visited China before. But Americans or Canadians don’t know any better because they’ve never tried it unless they’ve visited before.

@@MowersNBlowers thank you for the helpful information about Chinese food I like the Canadian Chinese food, but I never had the real stuff, also I enjoy watching your lawn mower repair videos please keep up the great work, also I have a lawn mower that won't start and run, I have gas, compression and spark, what could be a problem that I'm not noticing? it's 3.5 briggs and stratton classic engine, also the tab for the idle spring is broke off the engine assembly, could that be the issue? I'm stumped any help is greatly appreciated thank you.

Try blowing starter fluid in the carburetor and see if it turns over, if it does, clean your carb

@@MowersNBlowers Here's the funny thing it's a brand new gas tank and carb on it because the original one had a few holes in it, so I put a brand new one on, is there a way to adjust the valves on a briggs and stratton classic engine?

So you're saying if old gas is making your engine finicky all you need to do is give the carburetor an enema of carburetor cleaner right up the old keister, that will fix it? Woopsie, now the engine runs only when you choke it? Sounds like a fetish problem to me. Well, now that she cleaned up her act, she runs like a champ.
