Over the weekend I can see everyone in the neighborhood getting their mowers and edgers out and sprucing up their yards too. It’s contagious. In a good way. Good job guys.

Thanks for getting this place put back together. You fixed the street gutter flow, mowed down the greenery to move out rodents and mosquito risks, got the sidewalk usable for pedestrians, cleared the driveway (a big visual area), trimmed. That was a great upgrade for the area.

I'm sure the neighbours are thrilled that: a) they have their sidewalk back, and b) they don't have to worry any longer about literal snakes in the grass. I'm confused though - on the British & Australian channels they always rake up but rarely do so on U.S. channels. Anyway, you did a great service to the area and great work on the yards.

Nice job, guys. It really is an asset to the neighborhood. Speaking of neighbors, when I was a kid, the neighborhood teenagers would come and help you shovel out your driveway, not for money, but just because their parents sent them out to do so. One of the best teams working in unison I've Deen so far. One helps the other where needed without asking. Saw one group get 3 different teams together working together one day and they seemed good helping each other as a team too without asking eachother just in noticing where its needed. Definitely not a christianist or even a god-believer, but you two bring the work. I did this kind of "recovery" work (not filming it), but after only four yards, I realized I couldn't sustain it - it tore up my blades, edger blades, and the local recycling depot started charging $35/load for debris. Had to quietly cease! 😅

That was a tough job, huge yard, but you got it looking good as usual. So nice of Seth to give you a helping hand, you’re a good team.

I watch a lot of the other free-mow channels….this is the first I have seen by TK. There was a lot of hard and conscientious work evidenced here….but the mow quality did not look good to me. Not sure if it was the species of grass or the cutting height….the section by the street looked almost scraped/plowed. Thumbs up anyway for the diligence, photography and editing.

Great job! Seth should be a regular couple of days a season addition. He works well with you, TK, and tousle a great team on really hard projects like this one! Could be such a cute little house with a bit of a scrub, some nice landscaping or, at least, some foundation plantings. A lick of paint here and there and she'd be looking pretty good. That is a good idea to put the house up for sale but make it $25-50 and a family that can’t afford to buy a $200,000. house can buy this. I think it’s time that everywhere in the United States the city needs to start that with the rule of maintaining the yard as well as the inside and inspect it randomly. I don’t understand all these abandoned homes.
