Much Love & Peace to both of you and keep on spreading that and it will always come bf
My favorite RU-vid couple. I love how you have captured all the beauty of the Phillippines. I have watched from day 1. Finn, I can't say enough great things about what you have done for the Philippines people. Feeding over 15,000 families in a church, building a school for girls whose parents are having problems with drugs or homeless. Finn, look up the HANS WHOLE HOUSE REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM. You can literally drink the water from a toilet if you want. That system cleans 99% of the bad things in water leaving some minerals the body needs. 5 hour Energy owner made the first one for his country India and now their country is producing some of the best farming ever. Your house is beautiful!!!
Beautiful Rottie! My son had a gorgeous Rottie-German Shepherd. Sadly, she developed bone cancer at age 6. This was in the 80s. We miss her to this day 😢🖤
Wow what a beautiful home. I think they are Dutch building this beautiful home. Happy to see Dutch people in the Philippines. Uw huis is heel mooi! Stay safe always 🙏🏻
I’ve suggested that before to have a water tank build so you can use it for your pool and other uses. I live in city of Melbourne Australia and have a pool. We use rain water to filled it up. Make sure you always check the PH level of the water in the pool and then top-up the chlorine so the water are keep clean. You do need that water filter to maintain the cleanliness of the water.
Beautiful view of Apo Island and Siquijor, haha! Happy to know you've got neighbors you can count on, giving advice and such, also have an amazing house. The magnificent view overlooking the glass window in your bedroom looks like a beautiful painting, just wow. Very contented with the result/outcome of the drainage system, well-planned. You and your neighbors are blessed to have acquire such a property with that awesome view. Thanks for the update, guys, and always keep safe.
Water drainage us performing well, suggest you plant carabao grass or cogon to stop the soil from eroding to the canal..view from that room is amazing❤❤❤❤❤
Good morning & Happy Sunday Beautiful Couple. Thanks God for the rains that we are waiting. Keep safe you guys most especially if there is thunder & lightning coz you are on top of the hill. May God protect you from any harm. Good to know you have a foriegner neighbor their house us beautiful too. Banana plants bear fruits about 1 & a half year. Soon if all your planted dragon fruits bears fruits, u can sell them to market & make money to buy fresh fish, it's realky impressive to live in a province if you have a wide land. Hello to Jake, Thor & kittens. ✌💖😘🐕😘🐕😘🐈😘🐈
After living in the Philippines for a long time you learn to make use of all natural resources available. We collect rain water and we use it for cleaning the house and car, washing clothes, showering our 4 dogs, watering the inside plants. Also nothing better than taking a refreshing shower.
For our water in Iloilo we went with a whole house filter for calcium and iron. To help the plumbing last longer then in addition we have one faucet next to the kitchen sink faucet that has a reverse osmosis and UV filter. All on the single faucet to help the filters last longer since we just use it for drinking and food prep. We got our system at Ace hardware. I tried to remember the price but I couldn't. Sorry. We bought it in 2019 and haven't had any problems and replacing filters is easy. Hope this helps with your decision. Also any questions about it just ask and I'll do my best to answer. God bless and stay safe
Finn & Sherilyn, just an idea, how about you cover your pool with a canopy, so the rain water will not get in the pool. It's funny how Finn is getting used to eating our Filipino food now! Lol!
Rain water is actually a lot better to use in the pool compared to the water that they get from their deep well. Water from the mountain contains a lot of minerals and it's hard to treat almost not usable.
Wow your house Brod Finn so beautiful😃❤️👍👍👍 surely one day the fighterBoys will have vacation to your place soon!😃👍 can't wait to see you guys get together again😃👍
I love that Rottie !!!! I used to have one too her name is Xia , she passed away at the age of 9yo she accidentally licked an anti coolant or anti freeze for car and she didnt make it. I loved and missed her a lot!!!
We put in a 17 stage water purifier so we use that to clean and polish the water. Not cheap, but peace of mind so I can make ice and brush my teeth and shower without all the hard water stains everywhere. If times get hard I can open a water delivery service😂.
Call Imperial Pools in Bradford CT ,USA They were the best but anyone you call in CT can help . I've seen some really polluted pool water because they leave the same water for years and we have winter . Good Luck 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞 God Bless ❤️🔥🙌
Yeah I agree with you Shey i think your closet is not sufficient for all your stuff like all kinds of clothes..shoes, bags, extra bedsheets, pillow towels etc... laguage for your travel..my advice to you Shey the extra beddings pillow cases and towels that belongs to your guest room you put them in their own cabinet in the guest room itself so that your closet have some more space.. you can also add more drawers in the middle of your closet just like a island table for more accesories stuff...and also in finns closet there's a little space there you can put more shelves their for his stuff also like caps etc...just suggestions guys! Hehehehe
just a small suggestion. why not ask an interior decorator to pitch in ideas for the overall look you want to achieve for your place? there are a lot of up and coming and real good interior decorators (students) i am sure that you can help make their dreams come true (decorate a beautiful house just as yours). and all these according to the aesthetic you love.
In the future, if you need to clean out the rainwater reservoir, I highly recommend using a sump pump. It's a LOT quicker and you can actual rinse it while draining out the water. If you have a sump pump drain pit, that will direct all the water our too. Looking great, by the way!
Lots of good info on water management from both houses. I never considered high mineral content in the water when drinking the water from our place in the Bessang Pass. Although, we always boil our drinking water. The UV purification is a very good idea. Thanks for sharing.
Hi guys im happy to see Margarett house progress! If you remember guys that cooking hood i suggested in you long time ago that if you look for cooking range and hood that better especially in island cooking plan..its very convenient and very elegant look iim happy that you see the sample in your friends house...its better to have a ceiling hood too...its nice to seek a professional water filter company test your water underground and then how to filtered it to a drinkable and supply all your daily routine as will as for cleaning and washing..dont rely in rain water guys as you known there is a season of draught in the Philippines no rain for so many months you must consider that .a big headache in the future water is the most essential in all living things especially human, plants and animals, for now you can enjoy the rain water but bear in mind that not for longterm.. correct me if im wrong i saw in sherlyn video that your nearly nieghbor have a deep well if they have you can ask a Little to test the water content or may be the company you hired they will test your water source...i suggest thats the 1st thing you gonna do before buying filters for your pool..no double waste of money...just suggestion
I love the rain in Phil. I miss it when I am travelling. Really nice house being built. Any idea on budget? We will be custom building in a couple of years when we sell our place on Mactan.
Ohhh! Maybe you can use your extra grey water tank for the rain water hehehehe just suggestion again...hehehehe and also you may do 1st the landscape in your water reservoir to avoid the dirt go inside your water reservoir..if you will concrete do a concrete design patterns or put some stone to filter the water to flow over your water reserve put some plastic 1st in the soiled then put Stone if you dont want to concrete it...its a waste of time to clean that over and over again your as you said you have worker left...
The source of any pollution in your rain at your location is zero. Dont worry about it unless active volcano at the time. Your so clean on all your installs of power, water etc. I think your pools a back up sistern holding tank. That water in pool so easy to drop a Y valve to run it to your domestic water filter systems. At most add a RO system. Its how im planning mine, we wont have chemicals in pool, just all water flows in and replaces old water
You will probably need to back wash your filter once you get the minerals out of your pool water after vacuuming. On public pools we back wash our filter when the difference in pressure between the inflow and outflow of the filter is 10 to 15 psi. We never let it go above 15 psi.
the blue thing is FRP tank use in water filtration ,consider reverse osmosis for home filtration like the set up in waterstation 3 FRP and 1 membrane depending in the source of the water
every pool needs maintenance so every day testing chemicals treatment and cleaning is required …so be prepared to include that into your daily chores lol
Finn, don't get the push! It looks nice in demo, but the daily function of it sucks. As soon at you lean on the table, they open. You will end up fighting the drawers constantly! :)
I think you might have heard Mike Bustos. Their swimming pool is treated by this Australian treatment ( I forgot what it was, i watched their vlog about it) without using salt water or chlorine. It's not harmful to animals and can drink it
@finnsnow Hey Finn, by any chance do you know if there are still land for sale close to that area? I'd love to buy land in that area. We are Filipino Canadian and we are retiring soon to the PH.
