In México we have a mad presidente that he does what ever he wants, rules are not tiránicas about the bug like in other countries, because for him everything it is ok. You do not need the venom to enter to México you do not even need a PCR test so far, but because in other countries in Europa are asking for that test you can show it when some one arrives in México.
