She's now Tina Culver Amelio, and at @properties. Tina was great fun to work with, always smiling. She's one of the ones I miss after I stopped working with Realtors.
The idea of “private amenities” doesn’t sit well with me. I know that residents are paying thousands of dollars, no matter what floor they live on, so why make these amenities exclusive? I hope the residents on the other floors have some amenities that are comparable.
The other amenities are more than comparable - including indoor and outdoor pools, a gym that's at least 4x the higher floor one, a basketball court, media rooms, kids' play room, etc. etc. All residents have access to those amenities.
