How long this resuscitation should be going?When should I stop, If the baby is unresponsive to all this?

I think you should do till you achieve the optimum apgar score and spo2 and hr hr more than 100

Resuscitation should be stopped if there's no sign of life after 20 minutes of adquate and continuous resuscitation

A good effort. But it is still incomplete. You didn't mention what to do if the heartrate still doesn't normalise after the compressions? You intubate (ETT) and provide oxygen while coordinating PPV + Compressions for 30s. If hr 60bpm then you continue on with oxygenation and ventilation or CPAP and try to take the HR above 100bpm. If HR still

Hi, The C and E shape refer to the position of how you hold the mask on the face. Making a 'C' shape with your thumb and first finger, and an 'E' shape with your third, fourth and fifth fingers.
