Doug he’s not alone like Dr Gary Fettke and Prof Tim Noakes were who both fought and won their case. Our tribe has got his back! All your hard work to set up the SMHP is now needed to protect this brave doctor who’s prepared to stand up and fight for his patients health. Hope we’re kept informed along the way. ❤❤❤

Wow, just wow. Wow one, that this doctor is being limited from helping people with such a simple method that works (Dr David Unwin has documented his own patients' improvements), and wow two, that other low carb doctors want to try and help. I'm an Aussie, in Sydney. I hope you enjoy your trip to visit "us" down under. I'm celebrating my 2 years on low carb this month. I've remitted my diabetes, lowered blood pressure, better quality sleep, improved mood, lost 22.5% of my starting weight without trying, now metabolically healthy after having had fatty liver for at least 25 years.

@@aurapopescu1875 Do you practice sleep hygiene? It might not be diet but outside factors. Things to consider, Vit D (if supplementing it needs to be taken in the morning), not using phone/computer too close to bed time (you can use blue light blocking glasses), playing video games which increase adrenaline, dark bedroom of comfortable temperature, staying up too late/past when you are tired.

Such a massive benefit to your patients Diljan, and a truly impactful way to honor your father~ may your efforts be protected and multiplied. There is so much in life we have little, or no control over, yet how we nourish our bodies we must continue to study and improve upon. It affects all of our systems, including brain function and mental health. Feeling this good every day is something we want for everyone. ~ Sam in AZ/USA
