Wow, just wow. Wow one, that this doctor is being limited from helping people with such a simple method that works (Dr David Unwin has documented his own patients' improvements), and wow two, that other low carb doctors want to try and help. I've remitted my diabetes, lowered blood pressure, better quality sleep, improved mood, lost 22.5% of my starting weight without trying, now metabolically healthy after having had fatty liver for at least 25 years.
@@aurapopescu1875 Do you practice sleep hygiene? It might not be diet but outside factors. Things to consider, Vit D (if supplementing it needs to be taken in the morning), not using phone/computer too close to bed time (you can use blue light blocking glasses), playing video games which increase adrenaline, dark bedroom of comfortable temperature, staying up too late/past when you are tired.
