Praying for everyone's fast recovery from Nephrotic syndrome. I checked on your channel again after crying a lot last night due to edema in my body. This morning I just got a very swollen eyes. Sending my love from the Philippines 💚
Thanks so much for you kind words. Yes I always feel after I have cried the next day my eyes will become very swollen but they will eventually go back to normal ☺️💙
I’ve had nephrotic syndrome for about 4 years now and literally every time I get a fever or sick at all I relapse So I completely understand how u feel 😔
I’ve had it for 4 nearly 5 years too! Yes it’s very much the case with me too! This time round it’s hit me bad hit I’ll get over it soon hopefully with the medications!
Thank you for Sharing Jasmine and to all of you brave souls for posting your experience. My 8 yr old daughter also relapsed last month, she was in remission for 16 months after receiving Rituximab treatment. That was the longest she ever went without a relapse and the emotions are tough to deal with after such a long period of "normal" - My wife and I were both thinking wow this is a miracle she has been great for so long then it happened and was a big let down. - thanks again to all who posted, encouraging to see we are not alone in this.
Hello jasmine, sorry to hear that you are relapsing..praying and hoping that prednisone journey won’t be too bad for you.my son is now waiting for rituximab as he still relapsing even on tacrolimus nd pred. We all are in the same journey but hope that it doesn’t effect our life so much and we could enjoy the little things and remain happy.take care xx
Hello 👋🏼 bless you thank you thanks for your kind words! I hope not too! Oh wow sorry to hear that! Yes exactly, your son is a little warrior! Praying that your sons infusions go well! X
Same situation sis. Relapsed after 4 years, was an actual athelete for the 4 years and had an absolute great time while being healthy. And now that it's back, i feel like... Yeah let's see what's gonna happen.
Hi Dear, I relapsed during my first treatment... when my steroids reduced to 10mg and I think the trigger event might be flu jab... so I’m on the second around 😊but you had 4 years of happy life gave me hope!
I had a relapse this year after I was first diagnosed last year,it lasted for months exactly a year after I got sick for the first time(which also lasted for months) so I understand where you're coming from, hope and pray you feel better and recover quickly.
Thanks so much! Yes it’s just more frustrating if anything! But now I know I can get a relapse just form a cold/flu type thing I’ll be keeping myself a lot more warmer this winter and wrapping up!
@@JasminesJourney 3 Bible verses that really encouraged me during those rough months and even now are 2nd Corinthians 12:9-10,Philippians 4:4-7 and Romans 8:18. GOD Bless❤
I hope you heal and get better and have a speedy recovery by God’s grace ❤️. I also have nephrotic syndrome and was diagnosed with it 3 years ago almost into 4 years now. But again I hope you have a speedy recovery ❤️
I am from Cambodia .I also have this sickness .I always watching your video .I want to ask you can I use any cosmetic ? My face now itchy so can I use something ? My hair fall how to prevent? Can I make up or use any perfume?
@@JasminesJourney yea its been a crazy experience she is almost 6 now and was diagnosed at 2. It is incredible that we found your channel through the NS group because it makes her feel so much better to see someone else she can relate to
Wow what a little warrior she really is!!! She’s got so much amazing fight left in her I know it!!! Well I’m so glad that she can have someone to relate to - That makes me very happy to know that!
My 7 yo son also relapsed just this month also. After 2 mons. Of prednisone, his urine became normal. But after a month and a half that's it,he relapsed. I don't know. Maybe he ate something that has salt in it.
We never really know what causes these relapses which is annoying but we can always see the positives and see how strong each individual fighter is, wishing your son the best and sorry to hear about his relapse!
Hello! I don’t currently film food videos as I actually have a whole Instagram page all about what I eat feel free to check it out instagram.com/_jasmines_journey_?igshid=rtcq72d35hv6 all the best
I cannot tell how this video helped me. I was relapsed 3 days ago. It was the first time in 4.5 years. I feel scared but seeing you go through the same thing and handling it in a great way reminded me that I will get better soon. I feel like if I cry my eyes will be puffier that people might get scared while I am on my way to the doctor's office :D. I hope your remission lasts forever!
Thank you so much for you lovely comment! you’ve made my day ☺️ yes definitely it only gets better from here and I hope you can get back into remission too. I 100% get you about the puffy eyes! it’s a danger zone for tears 😭 thanks again for your kind words! wishing you the best!
