I bought this on impulse from eBay as it looked interesting and I had never seen one before. This water filtration vacuum cleaner was made in Poland by Zelmer and features a 1400 Watt motor and a complete set of tools for dry use including a full sized and mini turbo nozzle. It can be used for picking up liquids and shampooing carpets and upholstery, but sadly the shampooing tools were not included. I have ordered a hose and shampoo solution tube that should fit this model, so I should be able to demo the shampoo function as soon as I find an appropriate shampoo head to fit.
I contacted the seller about the missing wand and he forgot to put it in the box, but he has since sent me it.
