love this laura !! really helpful as i am working at a hotel here in spain and have till deal with all different kind of familys to take photos of and i always nervous before i take there photos

Yes, u have to use some thing from environment and make conversation from that, but try to not talk about religion, sports and things like that. Just enjoy what u love, in this case photography ❣️

Love this video Laura, I think everyone can relate to this. Being nervous is completely ok, everyone get nervous but you are right, the client is going to be way more nervous than you so showing confidence can really put the client at ease. Thanks 😊

As i have said before I don't do this as my job but i get nervous every time before a shoot even with models i have worked with before. But when we get started i forget about everything and get on with the shootand talking and loving being creative

Your model showed great confidence in you by getting into some pretty elaborate poses. At least, that’s how it looked from the video camera vantage point. While you might have felt nervous, I doubt that was visible to the model. If it was, she might have decided you were doing your best and cooperated. Looked that way to me. In any case, I have felt nervous, wanted to rush things, and not really work at the job at hand. Not proud of that. Have also had the opposite. The worst case is when the model unexpectedly says they are running out of time. Really destroys the mood.

Hi Edward. You are totally right. The model was incredible and we had a very good connection right away. We both worked together super well! I couldn't be happier with that photoshoot. I'm already looking forward to editing the video of the whole day to share it here with everyone. And I completely agree... If the model is in a rush, it ruins the flow of the shooting! 😓 Being able to control our nerves is key because we will always get them regardless of how experienced we are. I think it's very human to feel a bit scared prior to every shoot. 🙏

Muy buenos consejos. Todos nos ponemos algo nerviosos antes de sacar fotos con algún cliente. Lo ideal es saber como manejar esos nervios para que no se nos note 😃

Hola Laura! Very interesting topic, I've should off watched it earlier before the weekend racing!!! The photoshoot was in sort of a test for a local company. Nervousness goes into everyone I guess. Pochodzę z Polski Też miałem problemy z zdenerwowaniem się przy klientach Zrobiłem sobie wtedy przerwę i zacząłem fotografować przyrodę a zwłaszcza ptaki przy których trzeba świętej cierpliwości teraz kiedy wróciłem do fotografowania modelek każda pisze następnej że ten fotograf ma świętą cierpliwość
