I did this in the morning instead because I was feeling overstimulated and anxious from the day before. It helped me feel calm, relaxed and present. Thank you for creating this lovely practice🌼

Living alone, I don’t get much opportunity for physical touch from others, so the tracking down the arm and across the body was great. I loved tracking the movements with my eyes, too, helping to relieve workday eye strain. I feel so much better! Thank you! 🙏
