In this video, I talk to you about a Nespresso Citiz coffee machine that is not making a full cup of coffee. If your espresso machine is not making enough coffee when you press the button, this is the video for you. I go over a few simple things that you can try out to hopefully fix the problem and get your Nespresso Citiz to start brewing the correct amount of espresso or lungo coffee once again.

I tired all this but still malfunctioning. It will brew a shot short, but will brew a full shot if I try a second time. This has been every time I use my machine. any thoughts?

Oh gotcha sorry misunderstood. I have done this reset as well as on the phone with Nespresso customer service. Still doesn’t work 😟. They did FINALLY offer me a discount in a new machine but I’m still hoping for a miracle
