If your Nespresso machine has been in storage or hasn't been used for a while, it's common for the water pump to stop working due to an air lock, or lack of pressure to push the water out.
This is what Nespresso customer service told me to do and it worked like a charm after a bunch of failed attempts from other RU-vid Videos:
1. Turn on the machine and fill up the water holder with hot water
2. Press the Lungo button (one on the right) and when it starts whirring and making noise, lift the water container up then put back down into place. Repeat taking on and off until cycle stops.
3. Repeat step 2 immediately.
4. Repeat until water starts coming out (could take 5-10 times). Do this until the full 4 oz is coming out, then test it with a pod.
This fixed mine, hope it helps with yours!
