I have this machine at work and even after pressing the button I can't get it to pour. Also how do you turn the bastard on?

After two years of perfect use, the machine no longer works. I tried to unearth, failed. I wanted to disassemble the machine, except that the threads are designed with a central protrusion that prevents the use of conventional bits. In short, everything is done to prevent the machine from being repaired, so everything seems to be done to force the consumer to buy one at the slightest failure. Unfortunately, this is what we are about to do. Nespresso therefore seems to aim above all at profit, not consumer satisfaction.
