You need to plug the descaling pipe AFTER you turn on the machine otherwise, the descaling mode does not start. I don't know who is preparing your videos but if you have such prevention function on the machine, you need to address it properly.

@@xufenghuang1634 I have no idea. I wish I could help but I dont know 🤷🏻♂️ Try to push two buttons for a while maybe?
Thank you for this detail ! I was struggling all day and it didn’t work until I saw your comment, they need to specify that in the video otherwise you don’t manage to descale the machine.
Did anyone notice the water tank shows two different water levels? The first to the descaling mark and the second time when the tank is going back on the machine, the water is filled almost to the top? Which is the correct one? @nespresso
There can slight variation between machine, depending on the market these are purchased in. Alternatively you can check the user manual that comes with your machine. Many thanks.
@@nespresso 1:07 and 1:19. Agree with Melissa that's not relevant. The video suggests there's only one level to fill to, which is in the middle of the tank with descaling mark.
I followed whole process of descaling. After completing the process, I can get normal coffee without using cappuccino system. But cannot use cappuccino system any more. When I fill the milk in it, cappuccino light starts flashing for 15-20 sec then suddenly all lights(2 yellow, 3 white) are blinking together for some time and turned off. How can I fix this? Thanks.
Hello Ryan. Give us a call at 800.562.1465, and one of our machine experts would be happy to provide you with comprehensive troubleshooting assistance.
Hello. I went throught all descaling process, but the espresso button still continue to blink, and there is no pink water anymore in the reservoir. In the video it says that at the end the LUNGO button will be white, but this never happen. I am waiting for more than 30min now. Is this normal ? When the descaling will end ?
Hi Mehmet, we'd recommend adding additional water to the tank for rinsing. If the issue persists please call us at 1-800-562-1465 for further assistance.
The machine should automatically exit descale mode after the cycle has been completed, Element. If the machine has not exited descale mode, it has not registered its completion correctly. Please run through another descale process with just fresh water. Once the machine registers the descale cycle, it will tick over and automatically exit. If you are still having troubles please give us a call at 800-562-1465.and we will be happy to help walk you through this process.
My machine has just stopped during the descaling process. There's a tiny bit of the descaling fluid left and the espresso button and descaling orange light are just flashing away. It's been 30 mins.

Hello! We are currently not present in Azerbaijan. Please notice, that our business model does not include franchise, representation and potential sellers are not related to Nespresso. Thus, in your case you should contact your reseller directly. Maybe we will be present there in the future, but entering a new market is a long and complicated process. Wishing you a wonderful day! 😊

Hello Nespresso. I have the following problem with my Lattissima: After i got a descaling alert indication (led illuminating) I have worked through a descaling operation according to your instructions. After finishing the processs the machine fuctioned well again, but the descaling indicator keeps on being illuminated (constantly). The machine is not blocked, yust keeps on indicating that it needs descaling. What can be wrong with it?
Hi Harrie, thank you for your message. You are able to contact the following telephone number, in order to reach our Dutch customer service: 0800 022 23 20. -Nespresso
I have vertical lines on the water tank that I thought were decorative but actually measure the 500ml. That’s how much water you need to add to descale. When the D scaler and water combine it should reach the top level of the vertical lines. Hope it helps.
My descaling light is not coming on and my cappuccino button is not working. I have put the solution in the tank. Put the sprout but I can't get the scaling to work. What do I do?
@@nespresso shit customer service. If you put the solution in this comment than 99% of us wouldn't need to waste 4 hours a day trying to get hold of you. CLOWNS.
Thank you for reaching out. For troubleshooting assistance please contact the Nespresso Club on 0800637773. If troubleshooting is not successful we can arrange for your machine to be collected and sent to the service centre for repairs.
It does have it, it's just not written in words. The are vertical stripes/lines that go only half way to the top of the water container. Where those lines stop, that is the descaling mark.
I have descaled and rinsed about 5 times, none of my coffee functions will work, the descaling light just keeps flashing? Anyone know what I can do to fix this?
We're disappointed to hear this, Kelly, and we hope you know that we're always here to help. Please call us directly to speak with a machine expert for comprehensive troubleshooting. We are available 24/7 at 800-562-1465.
Hi Natalie, you will need the descaling pipe to complete this cycle. We kindly ask that you contact our technical team on freephone 0800 442 442, option 3, to request a replacement. Many thanks.
Hi Darryl. It's not our intent to cause our customers frustration, so we ask that you call Nespresso directly, 800.562.1465, and a machine expert will be happy to walk you through the process.
Started the descaling process and finished the first stage. However, when I put the water container back only the espresso light came on and the machine is expressing small amounts of water only. What do I need to do? This way it is going to take another hour before it is finished descaling.
We recommend using the Nespresso Descaling Kit over other products like vinegar to regularly descale your Nespresso machine. Although vinegar is known for its descaling properties, it is too aggressive and can potentially damage the water circuit tubes and other machine parts. Furthermore, it can affect the taste of your coffee. Please reach out at 800-562-1465 should you require descaling assistance.
Hey! We apologize for the inconvenience. We invite you to contact us on the telephone line in order to carry out operation through a video call with our service representative at the number *2500, so that we can continue to assist you in solving the problem ☕

Mine didn’t either. Seems that if I plug in the pipe before turning it on it doesn’t register it. But if you turn it on and then plug it in then it will. Good luck! Bloody machines.
I had to power off/on twice with no success. Eventually I removed the descaling pipe, I turned the machine on until the descaling orange light was shown, connected the descaling pipe again and voilà, finally when pressed the espresso button the descaling started. I hope this tweak solves your issue too
My machine starts with all buttons shine up. Nothing works properly neither shut down. Tried to use reset mode but no use. Is anyone else facing the same problem with Lattissimo One here?
Hi Lerato, we're disappointed to hear this. In view of the issue you are experiencing, we would recommend contacting our Technical Team directly for further assistance. You can reach them by calling freephone 0800 442 442 (UK) or 1800 812 660 (ROI) and then select option number 3. Many thanks.
I have had this machine for six months and it has been constantly a problem. I am most disappointed with it. The fact that there seems to be no where in Brisbane where you can take the machine or talk to a person face to face is unsatisfactory. Never would I recommend the product to anyone to buy. Perhaps it is a ‘lemon’ or simply rubbish. It has been a complete waste of money
Hi Marie, I'm sorry to hear you have been having troubles with your machine. You can give us a call on 1800 623 033 or private message us on Facebook or Instagram and we can help you out. - Cheers, Sam
I’ve had my nespresso lattissima for 6 months, I use it almost everyday. But my descaling light hasn’t come on yet. Can I still descale my machine? @nespresso
