One of the best ballads I've heard in somewhat 25 years or so! I'm swedish myself and I know that we can deliver killer power ballads from time to time, but it has been a long time since this level! And Sam is just stunning, I grew up in the eighties and loved her back then (she was really big over here as well) and she's even more beautiful today and her voice has never been better!

I bought the deluxe wooden boxed set with bonus tracks. There isn't a weak song on the entire CD imo. I wish they would tour the USA, but I understand the financial constraints of touring here. I eagerly await new music from these guys.
I just found the band and the album today and man was I blown away. The songs are fantastic . The level of singing and musicianship is incredible. I heard this song, Tomorrow and went to look up the lyrics and your review and the video popped up. I agree with everything you said. (Great review by the way, I definitely subscribed) It was awesome to watch your reaction to the the video as I had the exact same reaction. Lol I remember in the barracks in the 80s (I served 26 years in the Army) Samantha and Heather Locklear’s posters were all over lots of soldiers rooms. She has barely aged. And last, definitely agree that this is one of the best ballads I’ve head in years.
You should check out The Warning. They are a trio of sisters from Monterrey, Mexico who do hard rock and they are really blowing up right now. They opened for the Foo Fighters before 55,000 people a few days before Taylor Hawkins died. I think you'll be impressed.

Saw the video for this from Nestor's youtube channel pop up in my recommended video's earlier today. I was also shocked to see Samantha Fox popping up on a rock ballad video. Just watched your reaction video which was pretty much my reaction aswell. I have to say i'm not into the really super heavy stuff, Bon Jovi or maybe Europe is probably as heavy as I go when it comes to hard rock. I have to say though I like female singers way more in rock, although there are alot less of them, I mostly discovered them online thanks to youtube & amazon recommendations. Lee Aaron is one of my favourites, along with Vixen, Saraya, The Amorettes, Chrissy Steele, Toronto, Halestorm and many more. Most mainstream radio stations just play Madonna, Kylie, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey and all the rest of that stuff which I find totally unappealing, so i'm grateful to youtube otherwise I would probably not want to listen to much music. Even Heart all you here is the 80's ballads on the radio & never Barracuda , Magic Man or Crazy on You which I consider to be waaaay better than their 80's stuff.
By the way - if someone wonder what kind of funny car is present in the video, it's an "A-traktor" built from an old Volvo Duett. It's a vehicle that's allowed to be driven by 15 year olds and with a maximum speed of 30 km/h. 😉

Great reaction. You should do Do ya Do ya by Sam Fox and pay homenage. PS she has sold over 30 million albums worldwide and she broke America and even had an R&B song there. She only became known for the pin-up outside the UK AFTER her somgs were number one accross the globe. Is she the beat vocalist or dancer? No. But apart from not having had thenluck and being screwed over by her own dad... she does not have any less vocal talent than Kylie/ Madonna etc. Give her a try
Miss Fox is well known in América, reached the top 10 USA billboards charts in 1986, 1987, 1988. She plans release a rock álbum with covers of the bigests rock bands.

I love the rock sounds of Spirit of America (1991) featuring a solo guitar by Glenn Tipton of Judas Priest. Fox did a great cover version of the 1987 song Waiting For a Miracle by Mamas Boys. Just a shame that the Glenn Tipton solo guitar lets it down compared to the original. Ironically, the original solo was performed by Pat McManus who also played the solo on Samantha Fox's biggest hit, Touch Me.

🙀 Nestor not to be confused with the prog band Nektar, which formed in the early 70's. This is a good, emotional ballad, pretty soft, for what it is. Good vocals as well. Thanks for another solid reaction and btw, great tee shirt by a great band. ☮
You should try Laurenne/Louhimo and see if they can change your mind on female singers in metal. They are two amazing female singers that has joined forces and released an awesome album some weeks ago. Nestor is not a new band. They started late 1980 and took a brake 1993. One memder become a Principle att a highschool. One a songwriter. One a Police officer and one a photograph at The swedish national tv. They Come togeather again under The pandemic and decibel to start upp Nestor again

Don't like female voices in metal? Come on. Somebody mentioned Floor Jansen in Nightwish but turn Your head to Japan. First of all... try to come over the language barrier... good music is good music what ever the language is. That hardrock and metalscene is running circles around most of the western bands nowadays. First out. The band Lovebites / Holy War (live) , Hanabie / We love Sweets, Yousei Tekoku / Astral Dogma ( is a old one but my fav) Unlucky Morpheus / Black Pentagram, Nemophila / Dissension is just a few all female and female fronted bands. Different styles of singing they all have! *edit* Forgot the grandladies of J-rock Show-Ya / eye to eye ( these ladies is in their late 50 or early 60:ies, just released this new single)
