Great podcast. I am a believer in Dr. Jill's message. Heard this quote on the Oprah interview with her, which will be my mantra: "Peace is the place where we should begin, not the place that we're trying to achieve."

Entire discussion was great really. Especially 36:37 till 39:02 and 43:50 till 46:25 was amazing. Two questions and Jill Mam's advice in the end was icing on the cake. I liked it very much.

I have over the years worked very deeply on my own stuff utilising Assagioli’s Psychosynthesis (transpersonal psychology) ‘Sub-personalities’ model. What you have offered here feels like a neurophysiological refinement of that process, a consolidation of everything that I have been working toward over the decades in pursuit of my own childhood trauma recovery. The missing link was the embodied engagement required to fully integrate all processes. Thank you and, book on order!!

Yes it all sounds familar, and the embodied engagement is the missing piece.
