Very informative video. Be careful of what you feed your mind. Reduce negative thoughts and overthinking. Avoid comparing with others, reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Never meditate with expectations but with awareness. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Observe your breath sensations before sleep, in college, at work, taking a walk, when reading, etc.etc. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Best wishes--Counsellor.

This can vary because it has been shown that exercising after 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. gives our body the capacity to increase stamina, endurance, and strength overall. Simply put, If we exercise during that given time, we are likely to keep up with activities as opposed to starting early in the morning, which could be exhausting and not as appealing as one might think. but that can differ from person to person 🙂

Anecdotal, but for me personally working out around 5pm right when I get off work usually helps me stay energetic and alert for the rest of the evening. A little mini stretch, tiny workout in the morning with a cold shower after is nice, but I'd never do my full routine then.

• Aerobic exercise * strength training * walk and become triathletic, do 3-4 times a week, and increase as time pass. * early morning, first thing in the morning exercise is beneficial. Also it´s interesting do it by the final of the day. * maximize all the exercises for maximum benefits.

There has been study done on how much and how hard exercise for less brain diseases. Walking was not the best, but the hard exercise was best. You needed around 30 minutes for the sweet spot. So just run 4km a week and you are oke. This can also be done in 4 days 1km for example. Often people think you need to exercise a lot, but also for example increasing vo2max you only need to have 90% of heart rate for 12 minutes a week and you get most out of it. Lots of studies confirm this.

I am curious in participating in a brain study. I was tested with vocational rehabilitation and I got a perfect score on problem solving and almost a perfect score on the brain processing speed. I answered 198 out of 200 questions and got the first 197 correct. It was a 2 minute of 120 second time limit. So I was able to look at and process about 8 diagrams a second, and correct find the corresponding diagram to match.

Blood circulation is so very very very important. For every part of the body. Blood in the body is like oil in a car. It is fundamental for optimum performance.

People consider me brilliant. I am a great and accomplished creative writer and here is what I do for my brain daily no matter what. I go outside by 7:15 a.m after cleansing my face with ice-cold lemon or green face wash. I drink tea with vitamins in it (one says Genius tea). I also drink hot cocoa by the late afternoon hours and sometimes again after dinner. Every morning I do HIT, a 2-mile walk semi-fast (no matter the way unless it is below ten degrees) and Superman jumps from squats, swimming fish movements with my hands, and a hand exercise for creating harmony between both sides of my brain and focus, I smoke CBD and do 20 minutes of white light therapy and I drink lemon juice and 4 days a week I take a brain vitamin, I also eat dinner type food for breakfast (like green and beets) along with my protein. I also massage my head, sit upside down for a bit, and do circles on my third eye I wear blue stones and tiger eyes which I clean daily and I mist my face and head with essential oils (with lavendary). I get ideas and create something new that is good or even great every day.

Should be read as #1 math #2 experimenting/projects learning new things #3. Exercise is good for circulation but you need to think to strengthen your brain cells, Einstein, tesla, davinci, etc were constantly thinking, questioning, and testing their ideas or theories.
