Came on late, can’t wait to go back to beginning!

I was in Michaels a rew yrs back buying supplies for a swag for my daughter- in-law when the clerk commented on my purchases. I told her what and for who I was getting those particular supply's. She said " I wish I was your daughter. Can you adopt me ?" We both laughed. I know so much more on DIY now. I have learned souch from my RU-vid crafters channels yours included ! The candlestick is nice, but I would have just used white wax on it to bring out the details. All of your pieces are so pretty and well don't that I cannot choose a favorite. I'm new to your channel and its already one of my favorites

I have pops of red in my kitchen so I'm not knocking the red of it. Painting it and adding details with the moulds changed it from day to night in my opinion. I loved it! My mother over 30 years ago maybe over 40 years purchased the exact gaudy oval frame with the quilt. She has it stored somewhere in the attic. I should go on a scavenging hunt and "try" to find it. Them redo it just like you did,.

The waverly white wax was the very first wax I ever used so I had no idea how waxes were supposed to be. It never dried!I hated it. It went into the trash! Now I have a little more experience but definitely prefer the thicker waxes! I love all these white pieces! Colorful stuff doesnt sell in my booth!
