They're the same height, Neuvillette's clothing and hair are the ones that make him look bigger. His shoulder pads also point upwards, unlike Zhongli's that point downwards, giving him a taller figure. His blazer also have many extra elements, with the chest being boxy and fully closed, enhancing the illusion even further.
You do you realize that he has heals on his shoes 😂 and his design makes him taller but he still looks bigger than the rest but I do like his design as well as Al haithem
Same as how Itto is taller (current tallest playable) because of his shoes. Hoyo the true MVP of finer details. Some games add heels and just move the foot, making the shin bone shorter.
These sorts of details are so easy to notice, but the genshin community just ignores it. And I think Hoyoverse uses the same body templates for tall characters like Zhongli.

I finished act 2 today and scenery was indeed phenomenal as always and I also took a pic with Zhongli as well ❤ I too thought Neuvi looks taller but It's the same height.
I didn’t like Neuvillettes design when it was leaked but he turned out to be so sweet, now I must get him to protect him, regardless of how I feel about his design

@@tartagliasjigglydworshipper I mean, he seems to me as much a Dragon as Apep. But maybe the lore doesn't specifically designate him as such. If that's the case though, do we have any other example of who the Electro Dragon could've been?

Eh who knows at this point, he says he doesn't understand human emotions and that he didn't think that humans would sacrifice their life over anything (keyword humans) and all of that, the fact that his body looks weird doesn't really surprise me I really don't get his deal, but I heard somewhere that he might have some kind of connection with dragons or something
At this point him being a dragon is not a surprise. He has no vision, his constellation is hidden, he's immortal and not human. And most of all, it was raining for a few days straight after the trial, and Neuvillette said he was distressed since the trial, which aligns with the legend Freminet told us about the Hydro Dragon causing rain when he's sad
Clothes change the total height but all tall male models have the same proportions. Meaning, they’re all the same height. The tallest character is Itto but that’s because he has tall ass shoes.
