After 63 years and various cars from Grand Nationals to Vipers. Its the only car I NEVER regretted or got bored driving, and I drive my 2020 992 C2S everyday to work and back. NO other car makes driving home here in Orlando Florida's traffic tolerable than my 992. Buy One !!!
As a Porsche owner I can’t argue with that. Also, hopefully you aren’t on I-4 too much. I’m just north west of Orlando, so avoid traffic on the daily, but when we drive to Disney World we get a bit of that although we avoid most of it. Thanks for watching and sharing your experience.
Oh boy do I get I-4 traffic every morning and evening. I live in the Dr. Phillips area and drive daily to my Office in Davenport or should I say I go to War every morning and evening! But I do a lot of outings with the PCA and Dream Cars 4 Kids associations mostly out of Porsche of South Orlando. Where we hold some get togethers on periodic Saturdays and every 2nd Tuesday of the Month we Porsche guys meet with the Lambo guys at Lambo of Orlando. Hope to see you there one day! Bernie
@@berniedmd1901 that sounds awesome, I’ll try to make it some time. If you want to email me more information with the next dates and times you can send me a message directly to davidhurth@outridelife.com.
The drive is the reason to get one in my opinion. I hope your Cayman or 911 is a dependable and fun car when you get it. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment.
I did a test drive in many hot hatches and other sporty cars and was set to buy a Audi S3 some years ago. So my advice is this: don't test drive a Porsche just for fun. After it the other cars where off my list forever. It is another emotional connection and it was a very costly test drive for me. If you are not sure if you want to spend the money or thinking of buying other cars just don't do it 🙂
Dude seriously...to help you....this is an absurd way to talk to adults that are fully capable of buying a Porsche, the only way to get to that level of financial fluency is by competence and hard work generally excepting inheritances and other anomalies. But....the absurdity is also in just you determining if you pour liquid into a do it cup or a don't do it cup??? Not all of your suggestions apply to all, as in, NO ONE cares what other people think of the car they choose to drive if they're a mature adult, and your boss knows how much money you make and your value to the company....that's what drives whether you get a raise or not, not what car you drive TO work. And anyone that can purchase a Porsche obviously can afford a 1-2k repair bill and already knows they're expensive to maintain but also reliable. So there is zero point to any of the points you made to be honest due to the way this was done.
Not a fan, fair enough. Just trying a different presentation style to attempt to make it a bit more interesting to watch, but thanks for the feedback, I’ll keep that in mind for future videos. I also based the pros and cons from conversations with other Porsche owners or personal experiences, so they may be helpful to some, but obviously not all. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts.
