Mahindra is way more better.. their service is better also part cost is less than maruti.. thats why villagers always prefer mahindra cars.. rough and tough.. I have owned Scorpio, completed more than 7 lac kms without much maintenance.. many of my family members have mahindra cars, and we never faced any issues, just regular maintenance which is cheap..

We have a safari and a nexon, both fantastic cars. Never had any issues. My neighbour who bought hycross had to send it back to showroom the second day for some knocking issue. The problem is when other cars have problems people get it fixed but when Tata has a problem people go on youtube😂 . These bunch of jokers neither understand the importance of safety (which foreign brands have completely ignored so far) nor they understand the impact of buying Indian brand on our society. Keep digging your own graves folks.

Can totally understand your pain, myself bought Nexon XZ+ Petrol in 2021 November and sold it last month within 2.5 years, bought Seltos GTX+. Although never experienced major issues with Nexon yet, but terrible service and zero reliability made me change my mind so soon.. heard similar feedback on Mahindra as well.. wish some day in 10 years they realize engine and reliability also matter!

As I already owning tata cars I never get all this issues we have 2010 safari dicor back in 2012 we buyed TATA ARIA 4x4 and 2014 we buyed TATA safari storm and we didn’t sell any of them only i faced 1 time injector problem and STORM is 3 lakh kilometres and ARIA is around 1.85 lakh km I didn’t faced all that issue that everyone tells even who never buyed TATA cars are giving their no needed knowledge I agree the service cost is very high but not all this problem s
Realty is …. Indian manufacturers still don’t focus on reliability.. I just trust Japanese Honda … they don’t give much features but they give you peace of mind .. I didn’t get servicing done for two years 15000km driving never troubled

Sir, in 2018 i was going to buy Nexon .. i had made up my mind for it. Before buying the car one day i took an uber to office which was a tata indigo. I really liked the way the driver had maintained the car. I spoke to him about its history and how it has treated him .. the driver advised my to avoid Tata and Mahindra ..only for its service .. he said they make good cars but after sales service is horrible.. after that i went online and did some research.. he was not alone .. alot of ppl were complaining about them .. frankly there were not much options then .. i wanted a peppy, smooth and easy to maintain car .. had to settle on Swift .. vw polo & i20 was there too .. but vw service being expensive and Hyundai has too many tech .. i dropped both the cars .. too many tech means they will keep giving issues .. i wanted a car that i can keep for more than 5yrs .. and most of the problems in a car starts popping up after 3 to 4 yrs .. that time i dont want to visit the service centre regularly.. i must tell u i too had few issues with the swift but the service centre and maruti resolved in few days .. i had to face humiliation of buying a tin ka dabba ... But trust me .. this car has given me some really special moments while driving .. i even installed Tein suspension. Man .. now i just love the ride and the smooth ride i get .. its been 6yrs .. touchwood .. whtever ppl say .. experience will always spk .. i truly believe Toyota, Honda & Suzuki makes relaliable cars for us indians with less of a headache .. i beleive in Japanese engineering and workmanship.. i know in india we get a lower grade one .. i am ok with it .. i hope u change ur car soon and buy based on engine and aftersales service .. i have listed the brands as per the order of quality .. wishing u well and wishing u good luck in choosing the next ride .. cheers ... may u get the best wheels soon ..

Tata, honda, suzuki वाकई मे अच्छी cars बनाते हैं। लेकिन Hyundai की after sales service भी अच्छी है भाई। लंबे समय तक reliability matter करती है, और ये चारों ब्रांड अच्छे है लंबे समय के इस्तेमाल के लिए।

I own a tata tigor xza. The service center folks act as if they are doing a huge favour servicing the car. I raise 5 issues every service and about 1 or 2 get resolved.
Yep they have great service experience. With Fronx and Grand Vitara the safety has been improved by leaps, it's leaked that G Vitara has scored 5 star in global ncap.. If they also Improve safety in all other cars, people will realise how bad tata is
I have Alto Lxi 2010 Model. It have been 13 years. I haven't been to Service centre except its free and 3 paid service. It run 1.3 Lakh Kms. Never faced any engine problem & never went to service centre ♥️. Thank you Maruti Suzuki for engine reliability 👍🏻. They should increase build quality, mileage can be compromised
i have seen many people making fun of Hyundai but believe me in my opinion the most smoothest cars I have ever driven is from Hyundai. We had initially Santro, then i20 and now I drive Venue. I have never regretted my decision. I have never experienced any issues, just normal servicing every year. I changed my i20 clutch at around 1,00,000 km and I change my car tires every 50-60,000 kms these are the only extra expense other than my normal servicing due every year. My i20 has been driven for almost 1,30,000 kms till now and still it feels like a brand new car. My Venue i have driven for about 60,000 kms and still no issues. The smoothest cars in a budget less than 30 lakhs I will always say go for Hyundai. [I have never driven any other brand cars so cannot say anything about them]
must be nice being a privileged person from the metros. Go outside, touch some grass and explore the country. Most of India isn't fortunate enough to have good public transit or taxi apps the way you metro people do.
This problem comes in every company's car. I too had to get clutch and pressure plate replaced in Hyundai's Grand i 10 at 40 thousand kilometers. There is a problem with all the company's vehicles.
So sad to see such painfull owners. Even we had a seen harrier facelift but felt its over priced n was going out of budget. Now very much happy with Elevate❤ZX manual.
Had done above 80k km in earlier Maruti Brezza zdi+ in 4 years. Never faced any issues. When I sold it to maruti they drove the car and told it's just like a new car. Got very good resale value, and yes, the mileage it used to give in peak city drive was about 19-20 km per liter. Manoj bhai really sad to hear this. Bhai car s sirf payar nahi hota, us per ek dependency v hoti hai. Tata should think and work to sort out these kinds of issues.

The company's quality control is rotten inside out. Just show and no substance. Tata Motors is taking undue advantage of people's trust in the Tata brand. I have also been counting defects from the day i bought the so called flagship car.
This problem of flywheel getting burn out along with clutch is actually problem of fiat engine parts, same issue is there in compass manual and there are many cases in compass as well. Harrier uses compass engine and other engine parts. My friend has 2018 compass and he too paid huge amount fixing flywheel and clutch after 60k kms.
Bhai consumer court mai case kardo Mere dad(Handicapped) ki Nexon mai engine and gearbox issue hai day 1 se . 25000 km pe breakdown hui thi 2 din service centre mai thi fir 15 din baad firse breakdown fir 2 din service centre mai aur 45k km pe clutch aur gearbox change hua vo hamari galti bata rahe the. 8-9 breakdown hue hai Abhi tak 130000 km chal chuki hai 70k km pe 5 breakdown hua tha tab case kardiya TATA pe. Tabse thoda acha se baat karte hai
I own more than 20+ tata hyva s and 4 of Leyland s too for me tata in truck segment working good compared to other truck company. I also own 3 tata indigo ecs with hravy running i usually service it at local mechanic shops . Yes its a little expensive side but due to we have rough uses i think its ok to have some minor extra service charges. Believe me my own indigo which I drive is clocking 3.4 lakh kilometres still its going good. As i can remember i changed suspension all 4 of them once and 2-3 times clutch plates. I also buyed a swift in 2017 but due to my rough uses the Swift had issues in body lines else it not demanded any major mechanical issues. N i sold it last year with better price. Maybe u can call me a tata fan or not i also purchased a second hand indigo after that because now we have 4 same 14:55 cars . And now it's feel easy to maintain.🎉 . Yes u said correct that side door electric power windows have issues. N its true when we get free time we just lubricare the running channel of power window. Also now the parts of indigo is very cheap believe me. And availability of parts is very easy. And about toyata yes its true that it will work always.
Hello manugbhai, this is not the problem with clutch plate. There is need to change clutch cylinder pump. These hapens when there is failure in cylinder pump.
Indeed Tata Motors have good product quality and good build on their cars to do a good job at their service center but Tata Motors should keep in mind that once you take the car for service the car comes forever.

I brought tata tiago in 2019 hoping to support our indian brand. That was the biggest mistake I did. I faced multiple issues like water dripping inside cabin,power steering hard issue,ac completely replaced and many more. I will never recommend anyone to buy a tata car.
I hope a middle class dont buy a 30 lacs rupees SUV out of excitement. This class has to calculate everything from reliability to maintenance to amortization of the debt taken. Go for a Honda, Toyota for that price, you dont have to make frequent visits to workshops. If you are choosing bike than go with Yamaha if not Honda. Dont add another reason to increase your hypertension, sugar levels.

Had a Safari Storme. In five years, all door handles were changed, as they were coming off. Rusting issues, phantom noise in the cabin. You literally had to hire Sherlock Holmes to find the source of the rattle. Door panel gaps, rear door noise, car pulling to the left were regular issues. One thing though, it never left me stranded due to mechanical issues. But yes, no more Tata for me. Bought a Scorpio N though. Will be an year next month, no issues yet, let's keep our fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞

Tata is actually making the wearable spares very weak, so that they can keep on earning in the name of maintenance from the customers 😄 Had an Indica Xeta from 2006, don’t ask me about the situation I faced with the car🤣🤣🤣…since then never bought any Tata…thereafter happy with Honda Civic & Hyundai Creta… Recently bought the new 2023 Alto K10 for City drive & to taste the quality of Maruti Suzuki! And trust me Maruti is not what I used to think about…🙌🏻

I had scorpio, which i drove for 2 lacks kilometers, then purchased Tata harrier clutch failed 3 times within 23k, sold, took xuv 500 drove 40,000 absolutely no issues, on 29 the July i got xuv 700. It is gem……What i realize we should never compare Mahindra and Tata, Mahindra is mechanically very mature . Xuv 700 worth 70 lacsk, you get within 30 lacks

I am really thankful to their staff for bad behaviour and hence not purchasing their cars and I can't say about quality of products but yes for the past 20 years our family has bought 4-5 cars and did visit their showroom every time but their staff behaviour is constant like bad and judge as if we are beggars dimag consistent 7ve asman pe tha so now I have zero down to 2 brands either Honda or vw and in budget brand maruti is still the king (have visited their showroom many times never bought maruti cars but staff is well mannered) tata can never make good cars and if they do their own service center will make sure that good cars don't stay good
Tata has graduated from niggling issues to major problems. Before it was fuses, wirings and loose screws in the old safari. Now harrier leaks coolant from ac evaporator coil, which needs the removal of tge whole dashboard. Adopted the Land Rover heritage..slow👏👏👏

My dad at fourth safari in 2003 and he drive it 40k kilometre and then he sell it of as the Car Gare box was not working properly after that he again buy the safari decor in 2007 but at 50k km in the middle of highway Short circuit Happened in car and it stopped after that we have never buyer Tata we Hai 2014 fortuner done with 190k km and still going fine

The fact that tata refuses to improve the qc issues of their cars and their service issues says the lot about the companies priorities and honesty to its loyal customers. If this what desh ka loha is like , they just better stop making cars.
You can also go for Maruti. I have a brezaa since last 2years and the service cost comes around just 6k. Worst part is you report 10 problem they will resolve only one...for each issue these guys wants you to come and go frequently..so finally i made my mind and just adjusting with issues...will sell this pathetic car when I'll done with my EMI 😭

@@amankumar-sx2vh This is also my first car with my hard earned taxed money. I researched a lot and settled on nexon only bcz of the high quality product which no one offers in this price segment. Service depends on service centre to service centre. Be vigilant and informed while your car is getting serviced. Baki spam toh Maruti , Hyundai etc bhi kar rahe hain.. Hyundai, Toyota, Honda service charges are too much to be paid. Their parts are also very costly. More than 7 lakh Nexon has been sold out. This can't happen without its reliability and performance. Last but not the least , 5 star safety of nexon is worth it even if it is never used. And yes Brezza is just a scam. It has nothing except a 1.5 litre NA engine at almost 9.5 lakh on road base model.
We bought tata nano. worked great for 8 years but later some problems started coming. so we switched to tata nexon(first gen). Worked great no issues 1.1 lakh km. Till we sold it no issue was there. Now we bought a tata safari red dark edition (2023 model) in June 2024. Works great and good comfort in both nexon and safari(ofc nano was not comfortable). Nexon gave good milage nice reliability, good comfort and loved that car. Sold it just to switch car. Edit: Used nexon for 5 years.

I started with Tata Indigo exactly like you but got wise in 2011 when Sold it and never went for Tata after that. Its a horror. I prefer contributing to Tata's social services over becoming their customer.
