The internet can be a rabbit hole for hair care, and oftentimes what you think is good for you can actually be detrimental. Natural hair has a wide variety of textures and combinations of textures, so it's important to find your own regimen-the one that works for you and not what works on someone else.

I am > 60 years of age and I have embraced my kinky curly type 4C hair! And I have Mr. Dicky to thank for it…..the wash and go works for me and I am eternally grateful for his knowledge of natural hair. Most hairdressers unless they specialize in natural hair have no idea on how to guide you through your natural hair care journey. I ❤️ you Anthony for all you do!

He definitely is preaching the word on our hair. I’m 70 years old and my texture has change because now I’m a gray haired queen. I love my texture but I had to embrace it first . I’m still learning what works and does not….also I receive so many compliments. Tell it Mr. Dicky 😊👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Dickey you have to write a book on our hair history if you havent already, your an authority and I want to sit it on my coffee table like that oversized bible back in the day. Lol 💓💓 and while I loved looking at vogue and bazaar etc. I have come to the conclusion that they are not the authority or standand for my hair as always thank you Dickey.

Again, you have provided great content. To everyone who enjoys his wisdom, experience and knowledge support him by going to his shop ( I am flying into nyc so he can do my hair) and/or buy his product (in which i will buy everything he suggests and reorder forever. So put it on your bucket list to support however you can.😊 No, i am not a plant. I believe that if you believe in someone or something support it with your money so that (in this case Mr. Dickey) can continue his awesome work that gives us so much, pride, dignity, and self respect. .for generations to come. THANKS Mr. Dickey!😊

Dicky your message helps to change a extremely negative narrative to acceptance and Joy. When you've lived in a country where hair is sorely politicised. When all you've ever heard is ... " Shame her hair is BAD." Listening to you , helps in the way of self acceptance. That squirming with shame has gone. I'm even beginning to walk up straight. Self confidence is a wonderful thing. Coily afro hair is judged as an uncouth person. The prejudice was always so shaming. In Apartheid South Africa. Yes you're right. It's not our fault. We must celebrate our own unique beauty. Thank you Dicky. God Bless.

I would love for you to discuss how to combat hard water. I’ve been using distilled water on my locs out of fear of drying and avoid water all together. You’ve taught me that water is our friend but not water in Houston Tx. I’m saving for a home and I will definitely buy a water softener but for now I can use some tips. ❤❤

Why not? Make sure you have ample protection with heat styling. Check out this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XKmxq8486i0.html

i have a question- the AD wash and Go method requires you to wet your hair everyday in the shower. I have been doing research and they said doing this can cause hygral fatigue. Is this true ? How do we avoid this if we are wetting our hair everyday ?

@@hairrules Nope. Thank you for all you do. Mr. Dickey maybe you should look at franchising your biz. Especially in other countries in the diaspora. Also, you have an opportunity with the military bases (wives and enlisted women).
