Made this recipe last night. Delicious!! I did discover that the bottom didn't brown as well as i would have liked, but a delicious pot pie nonetheless. 😊

You might try rebaking your bottom crust for about 8minutes!! It will keep it from getting soggy!! Use your fork times & make a few piercings in the bottom crust do it doesn’t rise up!!🙌☺️🥮

Ok watched the whole video… finale… both pies looks amazing to me!!! I love that you made it simple enough… me and flour don’t get along either! I can appreciate the puff pastry crust not only cuz it’s easier.. I love puff pastry!!
