A more polite way to address that you can't understand what they are saying is to simply ask someone to transcript it for you. There's no call to be rude. Unsurprisingly, it's perfectly distinguishable to British people. We have a wide range of interesting and adorable accents and are proud of them. Perhaps if you turn your speakers up it will be clearer for you.

@dayiiv yes, but that doesnt have everything to do with being gay. its natural to them - perhaps gay people think that the thought of a man and a woman is off putting - not unnatural, but offputting. also, what some straight people do in the bedroom is a lot worse. you dont have to think about what gay people do 'in the bedroom', but to outrightly think 'eww, gays' is like judging the person entirely on their sexuality, which they cant help.
Large and fragile egos stand in the way of legendary jokes. Timing is key, and I guarantee, if he'd said that as soon as she shot back at him, we might all be questioning his sexuality sure but he'd no doubt have told a legendary joke.
Firstly, great comeback Mel. Secondly, I don't understand why anyone can find him funny. The way he speaks is just so irritating; he's trying to play on the fact that he looks and acts like a freak but ultimately its not self-deprecating or cute, but just too overwhelming to ignore.
I respect the fact that you like having discussions on my video's page, but if there's one thing I don't respect, it's plain homophobia. This is one of the few places I can control people, including myself, being discriminated, so I will. Let this be a warning to whoever finds it neccessary to spread hatred.
Simon does look very cute in this clip. But it's the only time I can think of (though there's probably other instances) where a guest has clearly beaten Simon at his own game. Nice work Mel C!
@aidenmccloskey i know that people have moaned at you about this comment, and that you wrote it a long time ago, but about marriage... marriage doesnt imply that you should have children. what if a couple dont want children? also, down to the base question.... have you considered that NO ONE can CHOOSE their sexuality? thats like someone blaming you for being born with a certain colour hair.
