keep in mind you do not have to have a custom pc to do this as matter of fact every desktop pc should be cleaned out at least every 6 months to keep the dust and debris out. This is probably more important with a store bought pc as they put very limited cooling in the builds.
It also noteworthy to say you can also use canned air (although pricey ) there are also pc hand vacs that can be bought for 70 bucks or so so long as you clean it is really all that matters
