7:41 pace means he averaged 7:41 per mile it doesn't mean he ran 7:41 each mile. He could've ran 8 something and then 6 something per mile

This depends on how he tracks his runs/what app he uses. Some do averages of entire time and mileage while others do an average based on each mile time. Some do both. #themoreyouknow

Unicycles are so much fun. They're also surprisingly quick and easy to learn to ride. The skill only takes an average of 12-15 hours of cumulative practice to learn. They're also the most amazingly effective core trainers I have ever seen. I swear I have a 6-pack now just from zipping around campus, or when I'm forced to park out in the boonies. (Just pop it out of the trunk, and distant parking spots aren't a problem anymore.)
