Hearing this song shows he's still the same old chris but all of his old fans says he's changed so much so they stopped listening to him, it makes me sad. I've been a fan since 2009 and that's not stopping anytime soon. (:
OMG ITS PRAY4PEACE!!! Black cat is basically re-vamped versions of Chris's old songs along with new unique ones and its legit the most beautiful things in the world. Cried a good five times just listening to these songs and I have no shame at all ~

This song is probably the best one on the album to me. They just executed this song perfectly and made it even better than the version that was released in 2013.
+NO NAME "They"! It's good because it's ONLY Chris singing and playing his uke. This is what makes NSN good, when Chris is alone, IMO. Just like in his first albums.
ThePurpleSheep Eh I disagree. Acoustic songs are good now and then and eventually Chris should another EP like that but all of NSN's albums (Me & My Uke, Yippee, and Summer are all EPs) have had a full band sort of sound. Now that the album has been out for almost 2 months I listen to Awkward Conversations more than Peace Song. NSN is still really good when in a full band atmosphere, it seems as though you just prefer when it was a solo project, which that's fine.
Well I did say 'IMO' didn't I? It's true that there are band songs in much of the first albums, but NSN used to be more of a solo act, which I liked more! I respect your taste for his music though. :)
